I dont know maybe some fresh air, doing what you love. I believe there is nothing you can do with the lose that had lose. What you should do is to move on and find more opportunity out there, which i believe there is still plenty inside crypto world and ofcourse on the outside of the crypto world. Im being honest right now cause many people are end up dead cause they lose so many things in crypto and i believe there still a hope, a dream that you wanted to achive, lets just start to think how to achive them and move on.

Imo i think the best way to stop loss on your investment by convert it into tether. Actually all altcoins has really big risk so you can switch to a more stable token when there is an eminent bloodbath.

I hadn’t had loss a lot as I didn’t invested much. Only invest how much you can take lossing. Investing is not for the soft hearted. It takes a lot of courage to trust your hard-earned money to something or someone, only ending up lossing.

If it because the price drop, I think that hold is the best way. But, if the price drop because the token is bad I think that you have to give up and sell. Just wait and see the progress.

If you have not sold the token / coin you own, you have not lost anything. But, you need to analyze your coins / tokens, whether they have the potential to increase or otherwise. To avoid big losses, when your token / coin price goes up, you can sell it and re-invest it into another coin that has a high potential to increase.

Technically, you can go into stable tokens, or in fiat and wait during the strong decline or you can leave part of the funds in fiat immediately and buy altcoins at the very bottom to compensate losses in that way, but all the difficulty in making the right decision.

Be calm and optimistic it generally happens in trading that doesn't mean that you should sit ideal and think about your loss.Instead you should be more concious and work with more efficiency and knowledge to gain the profit and cover up your loss next time.

The emergency fund is very important in investment this is the thing that I've learned in the past so that you don't need to sell out of necessity and a result you sell that at a loss.
