I think you can manage your losses if you will just invest with the amount of money you are afford to loose. Or you can divert your investments with other coins, in this way you can divide your investment and you don't need to worry that your money will be lost.

That's not a good advice, IMO never try to put all of your eggs in one basket, never try to fall in FUD or any panic sell in the market.
Always try to get out from the market as fast as possible because i believe there will be a lot of dumps again. The last suggestion never becomes a greedy person and you can manage your own loses properly.

Diversification is always good as a general investment principle and risk reduction, but in case of the bear market we just had (or still have? ) it does not help a lot as the whole market goes down. But if you followed another investment principle valid especially for high-risk investments such as crypto, i.e. do not invest what you cannot afford to lose, then you should be quite ok. The only risk you take is to lose some extra money which you do not necessarily need for your living. And one more thing to remember - if you do not sell, you do not lose So careful with panic sells
