One should learn on their past losses. Look for predictions, study new information about cryptomarket and just moving on.
If you lossess are connected with long-term invetment it is necesseary to look for day trading and vice versa.

To relieve stress is good to walk in the woods, or even go to the mountains for a few days. You do not need to constantly sit at the computer even if trading is your professional activity.

why would you sell at a low price ? I didn't have any losses . I never sell at low prices . if the price is low, just wait until the recovery

First do not panic and shocked this is a normal in a market the price goes down and up the better way to do is to wait again to pump their price then sell in high.

This is a very difficult question. I was very nervous about the loss of money and the sedatives helped me. Now I realize that my stress will improve my investment it will only spoil the mood. We need to relax and wait for the green market. I'm sure everything will be fine)

No matter how well you invest, losses will always be. The main thing is not to make a mistake and not to sell your tokens during a panic.

Managing your losses is  very important. Because the major aim for any investment is to make profit. In other to manage losses you need to cultivate the attitude of always doing a good research on any prospective investment project find out what it is all about and who is running it

how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of.your token.is hitting down ..? in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?
thanks in.advance..
Every time I invest in a cryptocurrency, I will calculate my own costs, divide the money I feel I want to invest in, and invest a part of it. Even if I lose money, it will not let me collapse in an instant and give myself several opportunities. Try to use idling money to play cryptocurrencies. This will not cause a great impact on myself. Personally, I think it is the best way!

Most of the people buy few altcoin to exchange for profit and that not worthy.Risk in crypto is big,  spreading for more than one altcoin is the better idea. So when the market on its fall you are safe with your funding in different kind of currencies.

The major goal in investment in to have profit that's why managing loses is an important thing. Don't get shocked and don't panc when the market goes down. The best thing to do, is wait for the price to go up before selling your coins. In time, the price will recover and may go up. Do not sell your coins during panic and be patient.

If you hold a coin you should be aware that losing the price will come so you should already visualize what the best option to do. For me I rather sell it when I know I will continue to fall and buy again if I see the price is stable and going up by bit. There's so many option to do but I choose this strat.

Losing should become a long-term strategy moment where normal guys might judge and gain judgement to future chances on a hodlings that produce improved outcomes. just do not leave cryptomarkets because you must recover eventually

I think diversification will apply to every investment. But starting after experiencing a loss may not help much, especially if you start selling coins.
So reassessing a portfolio and waiting with patience might be more effective to recover losses.

Experienced investors invest only free funds.
In order not to get stressed everyone should know that there may be a loss of invested money .
This is a common phenomenon in the crypto market!

To be able to overcome when I find such a situation, I will see the prospect of my coin first, if the coin is worthy of being detained in the long term and can produce comparable results, then I will hold it back. However, if I think he is not worthy, I will divert it to another coin that is far more feasible. I will also diversify to several potential points in the future.
