The Company of ethereum is not officially dead that’s nonsense basis humors because the company of ethereum is still exist in the market and also to the public, so that statement is a false alarm.

Exactly, ethereum is still in pretty much decent stage and also the price also. Apart from bitcoin the next coin people talk about is ethereum so it's not fair to declare ethereum is officially dead, many investors are still in favor of ethereum so I don't accept it as dead.

I would not say it is dead but surely, it has become stagnant and not just Ethereum but all other cryptocurrencies as well. We are facing a dip in the market and it has affected all the other altcoins and not just Ethereum. Ethereum is a great project and its value is still getting recognized by the global market. I am sure once the market starts recovering Ether would be the one making a giant leap.

Ethereum has a chance to overtake bitcoin as a preferred cryptocurrency - The creator Vitalik Buterin just recently said that ETH could theoretically be capable of 1m transactions per second in the future. I don't think to my knowledge that there is a competing cryptocurrency that comes close to those figures/claims.

Ethereum is not dead, you think its dead because of the current price. This is bear market and its affecting all coins in market not only ethereum. Once the bear market is over then you will see the price ethereum go up again.

 What would be the reason as to why one would think that H IS DEAD. its the second best coin in the market currently with a good market cap to fllow up with. It also boasts of one of the best technological platforms there is, making its transactions rate faster than most of the Platforms, I think its doing well and has a higher growth opportunity and will not die anytime soon
