Good time to buy is relative as everyone has different time of joining crypto or worth. Someone who bought bitcoin at a price of 1000$ and sold for 20K$ will say it good time. The same way, someone who sold at 8K$ thinking the price will drop to 5K$ will say not good time to buy because it has not reached his target of buy and no trigger factor

If being practical,obviously,buying during the dumps in the market is the best time to invest because it is given that market backdrops are just temporsry and when the marjet starts to recover, huge profit will then be earned as its msrket value is increasing. you bought bitcoin on a bad time. don't buy it when the price is increasing. buy it when the price falling.
that is the basic principle. if you buy it with low price, you have a high possibility to sell at the high price later. simple.

current price of bitcoin is still around $9000 and the highest price before the price collapsed is $20 k so I think this is a very good moment to buy because the price of bitcoin has not been back to a price of $20 k more. Before you buy so late bitcoin as much as you can.
