Our hot wallet was depleted for a while over the holiday weekend, so some customers had to wait a few hours to receive their withdrawals.

All withdrawals were processed within 24 hours.

Also - we encountered more ISP downtime as they were targets of a DDoS attack. Bets from this period took longer to grade than normal, but have now all been graded. We are putting in place additional redundancy so that this issue can be mitigated in the future.

And this issue has been here for long and will keep on resulting of accusing you and your site a scammer most especially those new and not aware of the issue. Hope your team get to fix this

Cloudbet is a scammer? I didn't see who said this. Any proofs, I checked Alexa traffic, CB has the highest traffics in btc gambling industry, it is NO.1 sportsbook, never heard who scammed here.

I said accusing as scammer as i found them being accused in the forum more often due to failure of their grading and cr system.

What is your phone and what is your browser? Sometimes it depends on the browser you use if you have installed the latest with built in flash like puffin you wont get a problem

cloudbet always accept live bets on moving lines if the line goes against the bettor  but always reject it if the line goes against itself


I was scammed again  :    I try to  place a bet on under X   at 1.9      , line moved to X+2  at 1.9  i could see it on the live bet page, but cloudbet accepted my bet on X and not (the better) X+2 (5 seconds later )  

cloudbet SHOULD HAVE REJECTED MY BET  or ACCEPT IT ON THE BETTER LINE

(if the line moved to X-2 then cloudbet would reject it because this case ( at X ) would better (higher chance to win) for the bettor and not for cloudbet )


+ another live betting issue

At all conventional bookmaker the over side is at left and the under side is at right
cloudbet of course goes against this setting and change the sides  BUT ONLY AT THEIR LIVE BET PAGE

so this led me that i placed my bet on the wrong side , because i remembered that the over side is left

If there is only 1 option on the total games/goals/points at live betting then you can easily place your bet on the wrong side if you do it by habit (as you do it on non live bet page)
