I've got a question. From the WP, the GREM token will give exposure to the AUM of 2%-1.25%. So, in 5 years the AUM goal is 10 bn, which means, if that happens, the distribution to GREM token holders, if those conditions are met, is 125 million, is this correct?

Of course, the system of accrued dividends provides for distribution depending on the company's income. I will only be glad about this

There will be no more bonuses but the ones already stated on the website. So bonus in the presale: 20% on first 6 million USD raised; up to 9 million USD - 15% and up to 14 million USD - 5% bonus.

Hi, HenryRoo. Thanks for your interest in GlobalREIT.
There will be no problems, no need to worry. Both tokens are declared as utility tokens since they have its function. You can avail free stays/beverages in the hotels, earn dividends, etc.

There will always be a lot of doubters when it comes to an Ethereum-based token, simply because of the rumored news that the SEC recently held a closed-door discussions on whether to recognize Ethereum and all its tokens as securities. This also is partially affecting ETH price. But the arguments for these have been noted as extremely thin - the network has become so decentralized (some argue even more so than Bitcoin) that SEC's arguments are going to be very difficult to prove.

In any case, as the project mentions, the tokens for Global REIT are utility tokens, so I will be one of those who look forward to using my tokens when the time comes - not just for trading!
