|       411 |              1 | 225.07909078 |          3 | NHauiMv9V7cXYTazDKm2FEtEoo918ggM9f | c6d20507c72e280ab5665114f001fd88599c568a986b55f52a4fee8872bbd853

That transaction in red ( verify w/ block explorer ) is only in the amount of 19.70739802 and NOT the claimed amount of 225.07909078

So unless you intending the additional 205.37 is some sort or interest, your numbers are off. Kind of like your nmc address.

But on the plus side I got some free nmc's, on the minus side, I doubt I'll every get them due to never being about to run the nmc client on my windows box. I was using a now defunct exchange deposit address. I think I'll just let them sit in limbo or at least until they go up in value enough to make it worth my time chasing them down.

I have been on NMCBIT crunching 7.5G/Hash for 24hrs+
My balance still reads:
Balance: 2.03291180 NMC
Balance: 1.42773973 BTC

That doesn't look right, as it says the balance is updated every hour.
It will pay when the block is found.  Right now there is nothing to give out.  But when this block (currently 50 hours) ends then within an hour the updated values will be presented.  Unlike some very large pools 1000GH+ the payouts here are less frequent but worth more.

The are errors  in the sum if you look at the payout_fee column it's has a number of 3 so there is a 3% fee that was not accounted for 2 items.

Code:
|       411 |              1 | 225.07909078 |          3 | NHauiMv9V7cXYTazDKm2FEtEoo918ggM9f | c6d20507c72e280ab5665114f001fd88599c568a986b55f52a4fee8872bbd853 | 1120917594 |            1319897863 | 2011-10-29 18:17:45 |
|       527 |              1 | 271.74298194 |          3 | NHauiMv9V7cXYTazDKm2FEtEoo918ggM9f | 0dbe4d15cebfd2b3d67cf1bbee45f6f6a2a0dc5c84d39790b8ae75be8ee919ed | 1120917594 |

Here is the actual transfered amounts.

Code:
Total          3%           Transferred amount.
225.07909078 - 6.75237273 = 218.32671805
271.74298194 - 8.15228946 = 263.59069248
               ----------------
               14.9046621816

980.71674868
-14.90466218
--------------
965.8120865

As for Transaction http://explorer.dot-bit.org/tx/83048 the amount sent was 218.32671805 you can ask any of the dev team what that means and they will tell you it's the namecoind trying to obfuscate the transfer by sending it's self more coins.

As for the exchange what exchange did you use?  Most exchanges do not let you use the same address over and over again but if you show them the transactions they will find it and put it into your account.

Block ends when we find one.  We have had really really bad luck with namecoin blocks and normal bad luck with bitcoin block so far.

So if I worked for the pool for 2 days, and no block was found during the two days. Then I quit.
Then, 3 days later, a block was found. Will I still get my share for my 2 days work?

That's correct but the prop would be based on how many shares there where at that time not right now.

I have been unable to withdraw Bitcoins to the address 1DN6ZttogE7eoKFGT3CQqZNDzZREucVmKD

I have used this address many times before, but last time I tried it, I received the error "Invalid BITCOIN address!!!".  I also receive this error if I attempt to change the address to any other address, and it reverts back to the address I have always been using.

This has been an unlucky 336 hours.  14 days without a BTC.  I'll keep it up for now but my mining isn't really productive anymore.

Are you running the website on the same server as the pool ? I guess that would be the start to rather run the website on its own vm or what not, it shouldnt require that many resources as opposed to the actually server.

When do you expect withdrawals to be up and running?  I've been mining for 2 weeks without a block and I'd like to make a withdrawal.

Ok looking closely at the last 2 blocks it would appear that they were created before free block but because of coinbasing they have the wrong dates and times on my bitcoind transaction list but accurate times and dates in bitcoin block explorer.

This is a big mess I need to clean up...

Not sure how yet.
