I have to add the fee back because I pay out on blocks not found I am losing money on those blocks. Sorry for the short notice.

Thats all good, if the invalid blocks that you pay for is a huge issue you should maybe just move to waiting 120 confirms before payout, its really not such a big deal to miners if they could save on pool fees. |

So I haven't changed anything today from yesterday, but now I'm not getting any shares with GUIMiner. It still says I have hashing power, but there are lots of errors (detailed below).  |

Thats an error/issue with latest poclbm, update(or revert back to older version) or change miner.

is it me or "Balance" isnt working? since 24 hours no update of my balance Is there a block that you did not get paid for click on "show all" on the dash board and it will show you a list of transactions you got your balance updated for. Match the blocks with those at the status page and if you did not get paid for a particular block let me know what block it was. |

I'm going to upgrade the hardware soon and consolidate a few servers to support the new higher hash rate hoppers are providing.

Same here, can't withdraw BTC since yesterday. Sorry I was moving servers around and working on auto pay and notifications of payments made and broke the main web site. It's all fixed now. |

Bitcoin withdrawal address always says invalid now. Can't change it to anything either without the invalid error.
