I felt sorry for what had happened to you. But we have to be very happy that we have this Fair Ninja project that will surely solve all our problems in terms of buying online. I think a good feature of presenting the product via pictures to the buyer before shipment is a good one so the buyer can compare if its the product he had ordered to the sellers and if the condition was the same before the shipment had take place so such arguments between the parties can be avoided when an incident happen on the product at transit.
