Hi,
I would like to add my bitcoins to the list:
Date 2013-11-18 01:14:37 Transaction ID 5jbUeXFWNHbcXkEskv9630zGtqJMPqtA Type Withdraw Debit 0.41597316 BTC Credit Fee 0.00000000 BTC BTC Transaction Status Processing
Also, I would like to ask whether it is appropriate to add the funds in Ukyo.Loan to the scam list. Ukyo didn't reply to my redeem request for a week, and I'm terribly worried.

There were a couple in the old thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=316546 but that is already weeks ago and they didnt really give data about the withdraw. Maybe withdraws were done manually at that time but i doubt that manual withdraws are still done. Maybe bitcoind doesnt work manually anymore now too. Ukyo somewhere claimed a solution might be ready on monday/tuesday... i hope thats correct.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

In an IRC conversation between me and Graet, playing proxy between myself and Ukyo, I was told that Ukyo would make a statement to either myself personally or to the public today. Based on the nature of that conversation I fully expect Ukyo to follow through and provide a statement of some form. Sadly, I have no insight into what said statement may include.

I really hope so. It's been a double whammy for me. First CL drama, now Ukyo drama.

Yeah.. it's getting pretty expensive for me as well. My due withdraw @ We-exchange i count that already as a loss. Hope in the near future there will be more juridical authority concerning bitcoin as a currency. That LC rat need punishment. I still give Ukyo the benefit of the doubt

If Ukyo's supposed upcoming statement is not positive, folks, then you are more than enough to hire the best lawyers out there for a minimal cost to each (or even no initial cost due to the total amount we are talking about). As previously said I am not a Weex user but have a few good friends at the community that have been greatly affected by this mess and they are now more than ready to take action. Ukyo's real name and address is known and we already have reports on the guy and know his whereabouts. You guys should get organized as mentioned by Coinfarmer here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=342122.msg3673556#msg3673556 . Group as many users as you can and get on the action. That said, dobermans are ready for the hunt as well. Ukyo has A LOT TO LOSE and nothing to win if he releases a negative statement again or asks for further delays without any proof or reasonable explanation.

You can add my 0.21229770 BTC to the list.
For those of you who lost a lot of money - let this be a lesson. Don't trust a total stranger with a ton of your money. I'm comfortable losing what I risked with this asshole to see him get written off by the community.
The lack of communication is enough for me. Ukyo needs a scammer tag.

That's not going to happen. Bitcoin destroys governments, so governments can't regulate bitcoin. Take responsibilty. CAVEAT EMPTOR. For those that lost a lot, your first step is to locate ukyo. Then to file a lawsuit and have him served. Then enforce the judgment.

Lolz. If governments can't regulate bitcoin, who do you suggest the lawsuit should be filed with? The courts aren't exactly an anarchist institution

Not much, but I may as well add it...
user: bittree amount: 0.09120177 date: 2013-11-25
Attempt to withdraw results always in "Could not connect to 2nd stage server" error, and the site shows no record of my withdrawal attempt, so there is no transaction ID.
I have support ticket open: ADW-385562

I figure that's who your avatar is cheering for. You got to tell me more about these anarchist courts. I wanted to take Mr. Labcoin to the interweb court you suggested, but got this: Dang... Why don't we start our own private cop thread, and catch Mr. Labcoin with it. Then we can start our own private court thread, and bring Mr. Labcoin to justice there (with the help of the best interweb prosecutors private money could buy). Once we're all done, we could throw him in Noob Jail where he'll have to make like a thousand posts before he gets out. I'm totally down with this DIY law thang. R U ready?
