So the most likely explanation we will get is that Ukyo has lost control of the coins for some reason (seized by some authority? or by doing something stupid while manipulating the wallet?) And he cannot pay back until he regains control of the funds. When and how that would happen is still unclear.

What I don't quite get is why he needs to communicate in this way. He could have chatted with those guys in private and could have posted the story when it is complete.
