I have just managed to withdraw 6.175% of what my stuck balance after about 10 tries across past 2 days on the portal. There is some hope yet.

Don't use this service but scares me that OP was ready to release public information before scam was confirmed.

You seem new.  Unfortunately Ukyo has been accepting deposits for about 2 months now even knowing that there was no way people could withdraw the money.  I'm in the same boat as you , it really sucks. He's stolen over 2 million dollars as hasn't even told people an excuse for not being able to give them their money back.  He stole over a $800 from me and many others are owed much more.  Not many people are doing anything about it though, maybe you can come up with something.

It still is not confirmed to not be a scam. Only 6% was refunded, this is still 94% of a scam. Ukyo still refuses to say why this is happening.

<Problems with block 277956> Cry Cry
Some bitcoin clients wont accept block 277956 for some reason.

This is some #bitcoin-dev discussion about the issue:
http://bitcoinstats.com/irc/bitcoin-dev/logs/2013/12/29
http://bitcoinstats.com/irc/bitcoin-dev/logs/2013/12/30 <- Ukyo asked for some advice in this one.

Even http://blockexplorer.com/ is stuck on block 277955.

I have a small amount stuck, just a few dividends, but I still want them back.
I want to ask how can Ukyo pay me back if I never entered my BTC Address???

He made a special portal where the users can claim the bitcoin from weexchange: http://weexclaims.weexchange.co/
Users are so far able to redeem 6.175% of what they are owed.
You should note that there is an issue with weex's bitcoin client which makes it impossible for weex to make transfers at the moment. He is currently working on fixing that issue.

Yeah, I know about the portal, but the only thing it lets me do is see my unclaimed balance, I can't enter my address for him to pay me in any way...

If you have withdrawn your 6.175%, you will only be able to see the balances.
If you haven't withdrawn your 6.175% yet, you will only see the balances and a note about the new issue with the bitcoin client.

In any case, you are not able to enter your address currently.

Ukyo is currently working on either fixing the bitcoin client or updating it to a newer version (which might be difficult since weex's bitcoin client contains some custom code).

So what you are saying is.... the verified fact is the customers lost coins...  however it is entirely possible Ukyo will have a brand new 60ft yacht next month ?

Bit strange this weex business.... How did the guy who was just the coder become the owner ? and why didn't the owner / managing director step in ?
I used weex for 10 minutes about a year ago. Ukyo was just the guy who ran the site and reset passwords.. I don't get it.

Apologies if I'm not up to date, its hard to keep track

As far as I know it was never a real company. It was all just ukyos weekend project. Looking at the site it was pretty obvious someone whipped it up fairly quick. But yea literally no information is known but apparently it is being handled according to ukyo.

He hasn't given a real reason as to why the coins are gone and that he can't pay us back...
Still looks like a scam, even if he repayed 6%, 94% is still gone.
