It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

Yes that's right but not all ICO project is only a scam i think there's an incident that their project is lack of budget to continue that and to spread away all rewards for those who supporting them and i think they don't want to get to that situation. It is terrible been scam when participating in ico, a lot of projects erupt these days without even a use case or a prototype, 
I've seen a lot of newbies invest their hard earned money into scam icos,  the money they earn even before joining crypto just because of some greedy people who just want to get rich through some shady ways.
The best thing to do when trying to invest in ico is not to follow hype,  most hyped projects don't do well,  download the whitepaper and check if they have a good use case and a prototype.

Yes of course, as the development of Cryptocurrency it also develops fraudulent acts on Cryptocurrency especially on the ICO project.
Many ICO projects are the scam and many people are fooled by the ICO project.

Ive been involved with crypto for about 1 year now, and I only got "scammed" once or twice I invested into shitty projects a few times but outright scammed only 2 times I think. SO it is a bit difficult to see as a newbie what the scams are but you will learn quickly and fast if you let yourself get scammed

You are 100% true on your statement most of the ICO are intended to scam potential investor and most of them are unexperienced and newcomer in the cryptocurrecy. Even if they regulate any ICO out there if there will still people who will do shady or intended to scam people there will still ICO scam or frauds.
