Unless you are digging out their team and checking their legibility of each members, but for most of users they will fall into this kind of projects.

Exactly. Good looking stuff is not a guarantee of successful project. You have to scrutinize every single aspect of ICO to make a right decision.

Though the scamming activities is too high and I myself has lose significant amounts in investing into some fake and scam projects I will not said it should be scrab because we still have some that has done well in the past and we should expect good projects in the future.

When people find it a way to make money more got into the development of ico. 2016, 2017 were the best years for ico's. Most of the ico's that came by that time period were worth and gained good investment. Now the scenario is different, we've got more ico's, but unable to pick which is good to get a better earning out of the cryptocurrency market.

There are so many scam projects going on. people are now afraid of joining ico.
1.  i think ico should be removed. because the frauds have multiplied and people are now having difficulty in distinguishing the truth.

2. if there is no money to develop the project, please do not try to project it. also from the ico when it comes to the stock market is not 3k 5k. even lower than the price you get. because the investor does not know which one to buy.

Most of the ico so far are still hard to determine if they are good or not. Sometimes they are not transparent to their community but they are active to say positive things about the progress to their project, just for the sake raise more money then in the end once they've collect enough money, the problems will come up. So you can't blame why most of their community got mad and bestowing bad words for the project which they participated. That's whether you are an investors or bounty hunters, We must be smart or careful in choosing the good ico project campaign.

That's correct, majority are scams because there is no control on running an ICO, there is no regulation on the ICO side an anyone even not having the knowledge can run its own ICO, thus this market also invites scammers as they know that there are a lot of investors who don't really understand the crypto world fully.

These things should be done, but unfortunately we have so many people who don't do due diligence prior to investing.
What they focus more is on the profit side though sometimes it's too good to be true, they still invest on it as their mind is full of greed to the possible return they can get.

trust is the most difficult thing to get. taking an ICO that is scam is enough to have an impact when you don't trust other projects. Therefore, I strongly agree that before supporting a project, it is better to find complete information about the project.

After that, the celr was successfully completed and made good profit. But, this is not a solution for the problem, but only to comfort itself for now.
Anyway, in my opinion, the recovery of the current situation will solve many issues, including the issue of trust.

it's very rare now to find projects that will give us profit when they listed in exchanges.almost 90 % could not give profit to their investors and its very sad make new investors cancel to put their investment.
