You are right, I don't think there was funds problem. They can easily arrange a top exchange but maybe they are waiting for the better market conditions and focusing on development at the moment.

Until the situation in the market changes-we will not know whether it was a fraud or not. Unless the developers will do something stupid. Listing for a big exchange is not a good idea in the current market. No one will buy altcoins now

I am not shouting for Binance, and I totally disagree with you, their current listings are not acceptable for 50 mil project , they do not have listings. IDEX and LATOKEN doe snot count.
To list at least at one decent exchange is their obligation towards their investors and the market is not to blame for it.

I think they are doing this deliberately in the hope that investors, due to the lack of good volumes, will not sell their tokens at a low price until the market recovers

What exactly you think is done deliberately?
The only thing that is done deliberately is getting as much money out and in their pockets.

Of course they had enough resources to list token into normal (top) exchange, but where is the problem?

I think they want to spend money on it now. Cryptocurrency is much cheaper now and now they need much more ethereum and bitcoin for the same services

I even remember seeing a lambo picture in telegram which off-course was taken down form telegram and teams profile in fb.

I also have a photo with lambo, but that doesn't mean I bought it =) and it's not wise to maintain the price of the token now. Need a growing market

Whats wrong with this project, devs is not pumping $0.05 is the highest price last month and now its only $0.002 which is I think one of the worst price for this token its only 7eth needed to make the price make better but the team is not doing anything what can we do with this we are holding token, I dont want to hodl this kind of tokens for long term I only hodl coins.

HardCap was raised, but we can't check whether it's true or not. On the site you can draw any numbers, but without real wallet addresses cannot be sure

You can not know whether they really raised 50 mil. A project with a huge budget can not do elementary things.
