I just went through all of BCNext's posts and cherry picked the ones that seemed to be whitepaperish, or just plain interesting. Did you know about the NXT banknotes?

I am about at the end of my current expertise level and I know there are people who can off the top of their head describe some of the GAPING holes in the current whitepaper. Please contribute, I don't want to have to learn Java.

The 2nd part of BCNext's plan will contain more info about Transparent Forging. Particularly, description of "time warp" effect that will let us to forge blocks with exactly 60'000 ms gap between blocks. So, don't finalize the whitepaper, plz.

I think whitepaper will always be evolving as NXT gains more and more features. We might want to make archive of whitepaper snapshots.

Whitepaper should contain only PoS forging algo (it's a novel approach, not Cunicula's nor Meni's version) and TF. The rest isn't worth a lot.

I am very interested in contributing to this, may I get edit access please?.  I just signed up a wiki account as rickyjames.

A decade ago I fancied myself an amateur science journalist and made lots of "explain hard concepts in simple ways" posts for a science news blog I ran for a couple of years.   I eventually gave it over to David Bradley, who is a "real" science journalist in the UK.  He has sort of retired the site but keeps it online so access to the previous stories are available.  Head over to sciscoop.com and search on "rickyjames" to see around 1100 articles I wrote over a three year period from 2003-2005.  Well, I didn't write all of them - as time went on I was cutting and pasting more and more from press releases I thought were key and caught my eye...

A random example I found walking down memory lane over at sciscoop a minute ago...

I intentionally put in whitepaper flaws so the copycats will get a bad whitepaper Smiley

PLEASE describe the PoS forging algo and TF, you are the only one other than BCNext that can describe TF. Probably ricot and some other can describe PoS algo now.

This is becoming a tradition as I see Smiley

By April we'll have enough people who r able to describe PoS and TF.

I created jl777 acct on wiki. Where do I start putting in text for whitepaper?

Hey friend,

You've been tagged as a contributor to the wiki and can begin to edit.

I have created a stub for the whitepaper at http://wiki.nxtcrypto.org/wiki/Whitepaper:Nxt

If you guys need, I would be happy to proofread and correct any grammatical/spelling errors along the way. I already registered under my current name.

I think it may be important to keep other parts in there as well, depending on the target audience. Someone well versed in crypto currencies may only be interested in the PoS and TF sections but give it to an average Joe or someone even new to the concept of crypto in general and you lost them immediately. If we keep the wiki section like that with different sections for the different topics, anyone could pick out the relevant sub-sections to whatever audience they wish to target.

NXT VPS Server Donations can be sent here: 6044921191674841550
At the end of each month I will donate some of them back to the community.
This is separate from my main wallet so you can keep track of them. I will keep them in there and only use them for hosting.

NEW EXCHANGE Huh

That site has a gaping security hole. Funds deposited will not be secure. Someone contact the developer and I will tell him.

Hello,

Please email me or send me a private message regarding the security hole.

You may want to check out my open source PHP script available at http://nxtra.org/api

It allows you to send money automatically.. You will have to add another DB call to loop over the recipients and then simply call sendMoneyViaQueue($recipient, $amount);

The transactions will be added to a queue and then processed via the cron set up (read instructions). They will be re-broadcasted until 720 confirmations have been received.

If you decide to use it, a donation is appreciated. My address is 8189784314684138350

Thanks.

Since I need to take a day off of programming, here's the first version of my, yet unnamed, NXT client for Windows.
...
I'm releasing version 1.1. of my Windows NXT client (still no personal account management, NTX transfer options in it or anything that needs your account secret).

Version 1.2. of my Windows NXT client "NXT Solaris" is available:

Download

NXTSolaris-v1.2.zip (35.4 MB) - Download here

SHA256 checksum for NXTSolaris-v1.2.zip: CA3A04864059E710DD670ADC997537CA549F8499C704C57CEC89A256B0257A7B

Installation
Simply unzip the archive and run the NXTSolaris.exe file. If you previously tried v1.0 or v1.1, please overwrite all existing files, with the files in the v1.2 zip archive.

Changelog
Changes for v1.2:
-Decided for a name for the client: "NXT Solaris" (thanks to landomat for the idea and giving me the chance to register the alias! :-) )
-Added Personal Account & NXT management ("view only" - still no place to enter your secrets)
-Added two charts showing NXT distribution over accounts in BC Explorer
-Added GUI based exception handling for better bug reporting (save in bugreport.txt)
-Moved the HTTP communication and some of the BC data management to a background thread to make the GUI more responsive

More details and screenshots are available here or here

Next on my TODO list
Implement new API calls getAliasId and getAccountBlockIds
Moving all http API calls and creating secret input dialog to a separate open-source dll
Orphan cleanup
Send money, register alias and other functions that need account secret

I hope you like my client and I'd be extremely happy to see some donations for the future of this project! :-)

I can talk to Cryptsy about this some more... How much bounty for a person getting it listed on Cryptsy? Cheesy

More likes needed .

137 people like this idea ..      https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/44434

Can we use ''Nxt Bounty Thread''  to encourage people to vote.

I think most people forget voting, at first I know I did... thought only leaving comment was a vote, but then I found that you can like the idea and that will count as a vote. With more votes we can surely get this topic to popular and get cryptsy interested.

so here is the image after registration visit above link and

why not do it to benefit everyone n the future of nxt? U see everyone here is dissatisfied with dgex... n u have an opportunity to do something about it to insure the survival of nxt? Please be a part of the solution n not the problem. ..
I promote this linkhttps://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/44434 and there are 188 likes http://clip2net.com/s/6z1I9m I twitted to BigVern to add  NXT. But he didn't answer. But today i readed his twitter and i think he will. Wink
