Now I double-click clock in bottom left corner of my desktop and set timezone to UTC+2. My current time magically changed to 16:30, so I set it back to 17:30.
So you changed the time? (the time didn't "magically change" it's just your local time that changed to reflect your change of timezone - if you're using nntp you should *never* change the time only the timezone/DST setting) I suppose some people fumble sometimes in their clock settings just to get the 'right time', even if it is wrong.

Within a month, client software will be ready, large scale marketing will require some time. If there was a marketing budget, better plans could be made as to how to allocate it. I think most all agree that NXT needs some significant increase in the number of NXT users. This requires marketing and sales. With user friendly clients, we can go to the mass market.
The first question is how much to allocate to marketing. Once we know this, we can work to allocate to the different marketing programs. I strongly believe in pay for performance marketing. A website nobody goes to has little value, even if it has a lot of good info. A confusing badly made website, still has value if it brings in NXT'ers.
We define a performance metric for marketing. We set a NXT value to that. We roll out massive pay for performance marketing plan. 100 BTC worth of pay for performance marketing is possible. That would make it the largest ever and become news worthy in and of itself. James, with all due respect and appreciation for your contributions to this project, I think that is just a terrible idea. This is open-source, non-commercial, non-proprietary software. Nxt would be the first example of this type of software going on a paid advertising blitz. Linux didn't advertise. Bittorrent didn't advertise. Bitcoin and Litecoin didn't advertise. This is the sort of project that has to survive and thrive on its own merits, not on its marketing reach. Online advertising has been the focus of my working life for the last 12+ years and I spend very big on it every month, but it is not a fit for Nxt. I beg you to reconsider this strategy. Our efforts should be focused on infrastructure, functionality, and support. We can't shove Nxt down people's throats like we can with other products and services. It just won't work.

This is a bot sending messages to stakeholders. This is the message: This is my entry for the AM contest: Project Wake-Up Call :-) The idea is, that sooner or later account holders will use software (clients, BC Explorer, etc.) that will show the plain text messages received on their account. Thus, I sent out plain text messages to all accounts with more than 50.000 NXT in it that have no public key (204 accounts in total). The message says: The link in the message goes to http://nxtsolaris.wordpress.com/nxt-no-public-key-landing-page/ which gives a short explanation on how to secure an account by doing an outgoing transaction.

So you want to say, that difference in 1 hour what i see in my two chrome windows (the same block number in block explorer comparing with my client window) is normal and errors in forging a block doesn't related?
The block generated is the same that is why it has the same number... but the Block Explorer lists the time in UTC+1. Yes... the errors are not related to the time listed in the Block Explorer... but they could be related to wrong timezone settings on your computer. Change timezone to UTC+2 and sync the time. That is my configuration I have, my timezone is UTC+2 and time synced with time server.

A marketing Committee1) I propose Salsacz, Pin, Utopianfuture, Opticarrier & Klee form the marketing committee
2) Marketing budget 7 millions Nxt
3) This should not be put to a vote
4) Marketing committee membership & funding should NOT BE PUT TO A VOTE (I have noticed that many accounts are using VOTING as a tactic to slow down our progress)
ALL THE ABOVE HAVE PROVEN THEMSELVES AS RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY & SALSACZ IS A MARKETING WONDER.

Yes - this is my guess and why I think some better advice should be given so people aren't stupidly adjusting their clocks.

So... now you can be sure that the errors are not related to wrong timezone settings. So, finalizing everything, if my real time is UTC+2 and it is correct, the difference in 1 hour of block AAAAA I see in blockchainexplorer and my client is normal and it is not the error I always get when I have a chance to forge but do not forge succesfuly?

In my experience, whenever there is a crowded market, marketing and advertising is required to achieve top positions. How many alternatives are there to NXT? I am talking about from a non-technical end user's standpoint. As far as they are concerned, NXT is one of 100+ altcoins. With the strong bias against proof of stake coins, do you really think that NXT will achieve its full potential without marketing or advertising? Please name me a single product in a crowded market that rose above all the others without marketing and sales. Ripple is getting placements in top rated TV shows. Apple got placements in dozens of movies. I am not talking about any "shove", just a way to get on thousands of websites and getting value for money spent. From what I can tell, by April NXT will have a ton of technology, but at the current rate of getting new accounts (~200/day) it will take a long time to get to 100,000 NXT'ers. What is wrong about speeding that up? The first proof of stake coin that gets to 100,000 users and 10,000 websites will benefit from the network effect and nothing else would ever be able to catch up. James

Re-posting my Public Service Announcement:If you are new to Nxt and don't want to read through 980 pages of forum posts, trolling, and FUD, come to the wiki: - Learn about Nxt- Get started- get basic questions answered in the FAQ and common problems pages - Learn how to set up a public node on a VPS, using laowai80's steps- read up on the Nxt high-level API, which you can use to build apps, games, clients, utilities, and more - find additional resources for programmers, including suggested methods for handling transactions, a PHP library, and more.- check out the current draft version of the Nxt whitepaper, which is being built and refined by top community contributors (it's still rough, but there's lots of great content already) Also remember there are great forums with lots of info and support for beginners. Many of the best Nxt wiki articles are based on information originally contributed here: - The nxtcrypto.org forum- The nextcoin.org forumWiki contributors pull information from these threads every day to keep the wiki up to date. You can also help contribute, or translate. This thread is long daunting for new folks, and most of the conversation here is not helpful for beginners. So son't get frustrated -- come to the places where new folks are welcomed and pampered!

I second Salsacz's nomination. I am sure we will get amazing return on whatever marketing budget is allocated. Since community has to approve, I fear some sort of vote is required, especially as to the amount, unless CfB can convince BCNext to just allocate the millions of NXT that are needed. James

Development needs to coincide with strong marketing initiatives or we end up lost in the sea of nerds that already understand the basics of crypto.

Yes. OK, so it means that I don't have a luck (need to visit church) or there is other error on server side.
