The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Wow, SBC is back on CoinMarketCap and it has dropped dramatically. Think this is because it was de-listed and people ran away?

No, I think it is because Bitcoin crashed, and then every single other crypto crashed as well.

Just about every alt has gone down since the times when SBC actually listed properly. The listing from before was from when BTC was actually still trading at $1k+, everything went down since then, just SBC sat up there with an innaccurate 0.40c + for a long time before they finally took it down because it wasn't updating. Now its back with an accurate price listing.

Public Block explorer Smiley

http://185.16.61.172/chain/StableCoin

Clearly it is considered important enough for the coin to be delisted from Crypto-Currency Market.

Coinmarketcap simply can't get any data without a block explorer and instead of displaying bogus they choose to display nothing.
Nice. I've reposted this to the coinmarketcap thread.

Nice you can still see your 1.2 million coin premine right there at block zero: http://185.16.61.172/chain/StableCoin?hi=19&count=20

Hi, nothing better to do than trolling? Please! If you had read clearly, this is history and absolutely irrelevant as the genesis block is unspendable which means that those coins are essentially destroyed.

On top of that, in addition to its 12 hour preannouncement, StableCoin used the fairest scaling reward system of any coin so far to ensure the fairest launch possible.

There is absolutely no proof that the 1.2 million premine is unspendable.
I'm just trying to warn those new here that this is a scam that will not end well, get out before the dump.

People like that aren't interested in facts, all he wants is to get people to pay him attention.  That's why he's trolling on this thread.  Why else would anyone who isn't interested in this coin and who believes it a scam waste time commenting on it?

People with fragile egos and no sense of self-worth who feel compelled to interject themselves unconstructively into an adult conversation.  It's like a 5-year-old saying "Mommy!  Mommy!  Mommy!  Mommy!  Look at me."

There is plenty of proof....the genesis block of bitcoin was rendered unspendable by a bit of code that the dev originally removed to make it spendable.

Now he placed the code back in to make it totally unspendable again, just like bitcoin, and if he tries to make it spendable, we will be able to see in the open source code what he's doing and reject the update.

The problem with people like you is that no matter what is told you will keep reiterating that we are wrong and it's a scam, even though it's proven time and time again it's not. So if I see another post from you saying it's a scam again, the natural response is to click the ignore button.

Actually Ive done well investing in cryptos for the last 12 months and have never been scammed by things like MXCnow, UNOCs/pheonix exchange scandal or Harazrd's scamcoin clones like many others.  All my altcoin investment have done very well including ANC, MEC and BTB.  I can tell you right now this is not a coin with a legitimate future.

Ignorant people stop crying about the premine. It is not spendable, end of story.

Well, if you just want to warn us, you've done it now. If this coin turns out as a scam and we all get f'd sideways, you get your laugh. Until that, please leave and have a nice day. Thanks.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I personally see a lot of value and potential in this currency. This coin looks very solid. We might be right or wrong and we will deal with the consequences of that accordingly. We don't need a nanny, though we appreciate your concern.

OK fair enough, I hope it turns out better than I expect but I will leave it alone.

Hello,

Just go back a few pages and you can find the translatable assets. I certainly can't speak for OP, but if you wanna be proactive you can get started right now Smiley

STABLECOIN DEVELOPMENT FUND

I've received several PMs asking if there was a SBC development fund set up. The answer to that - now there is.

These funds will be fully accounted for through a ledger in the main post and will be used for the following:

*Further development
*Fund necessary activities such as marketing, translation, etc
*Fund the development of various services
*Giveaways
*Bounties
*Other uses as the community sees fit

If you would like to contribute to this fund, the address to send to is shQpTvLDsgCURkfqyBuCjL79aqYwti2FEJ

PLANNED HARDFORK

The previously mentioned hardfork will be released sometime this week. This hardfork will feature a revamp of the difficulty adjustment algorithm and it's goal is to prevent the high difficulty stallouts caused by multipools. It will also reduce the amount of orphans and rejects that miners are seeing. This will result in a more steady block flow, and increased profitability for steady SBC miners. A full change log will be posted upon release.
