Welcome to grain

I like the idea of superblock .
One question for interet. More the mass of grain  is big , lower will be the rate of interest ?

Good chance i look for test it

*I vote C  'windows user friendly color'

A seems more 'Ubuntu friendly' :p

Yeah, the superblocks are great fun.
If the world is going to use a cryptocurrency, you would need billions, if not trillions of units, so you dont have to buy an icecream for 0.0000007 something...

A is definitely a great one. But it is seen in the internet and may have copyright issue. Can someone good at the graphics create something similar? There's 200K GRAs bounty for it.

Saw that grain.altminers.com/ lowered the fees to 2%, 5% was way too much I think.
We need another pool...

I see the pool fee dropped to 2%. 2% is a reasonable and common fee. Thanks to fitsbach.

Yes we need another pool, we still have 150K GRAs bounty available for the 2nd mining pool.

Solo mining here with 1.5MH/s for about 2 hours.

Diff varies between about 13k and 24k

I've solved 3 blocks.

I think that sounds about right.

We need another one anyways. It's not good for a coin to have 70% of the network's hashrate in a single pool.

Hello all!

New to the forum and cryptocurrencies, and with a few hours of spare time on my hands, i decided to give the GRA logo a shot .. Hope im not too late? I am no photoshop professional, more of an amateur hobbyist, but still ..

Thanks to Maconi for the inspiration for the grain-thingy in the circle. I went with gold, perhaps not that original, but it kinda is the color of wheat/grain, and in my opinion it looked nicer then the brown from Maconi's picture A. Personally I also prefer the one with the letters over the one with the plain edge.

I am ofcourse open for suggestions, improvements, comments, etc. Let me know what you think, changes are no problem Smiley
