I put my faith of getting rich in myself and only myself. Grain is one of my investments. if it fails i'm just as good of a looser as i am as a winner, that doesn't mean i stand by the sideline watching it fail and feeling sorry for myself without acting. I'm not wealthy but I'm rich already you know, its about the definition. The cryptomoney would be a big bonus if this thing turns out good, and if not it was a fun ride.

Once the idea is born , you need the real developers , and Satoshi wasn't quite the coder himself. So , the situation is quite different here.

I agree, bitcoin always had a active dev team not only for the code. the devs can't just leave everything marketing related to the community like they stated before. at least they have to be part of that discussion as well. If there are other "real life" things holding him back right now i hope he is all right but a short life sign would be much appreciated.

well guys, one person can not help much. I did as much as I can to support the coin technically. Bee7 seems very busy and I can't get hold of him. It's really everyone who own the coin need to help to promote it.
Another thing is that there are way too many copy-paste coins there, so it's bad.

First of one person can make a difference, second nobody wants you to promote grain on your own. just be around more often in the coming weeks and take part in the discussion. that would already help a lot and isn't to much asked for. some things YOU have to decide. like what promotion vehicels to use premine coins for for example. And regarding the copy paste coins. thats just more reasons to show people that grain isn't one of them. I believe we can make that happen. was Bee7 the marketing guy of you two? hope he comes back also.

I've written a block-rewarder script in PHP. I use it for another coin, Premine (PMC). I use txfee injection to add additional rewards to new blocks on the network. I would be more than happy to employ it for Grain. I will need Grain for it to run, and we would need to discuss what the rewards should be, but I can pretty much tailor it for the needs of Grain. Regular rewards, a % chance of a reward, a reward for finding certain blocks, or perhaps even just one big reward. If it will help Grain, I am happy to help. If you need more details let me know. Block Rewarder Status: Live Block Rewarder Pot: 100 PMC (Maximum: 150 PMC) Time: 2 Seconds (minimum) between Payouts Block Reward: Minimum 0.01000000, Maximum: ? ? ? (Previous Max reward: 5 PMC) Block Rewards per block: 1x, 2x, 3x Block Explorer Payout Address: Link Donation Address: 1CUWaAoF1pPthNqzudZBaM38LgzyeQ4JiV
SUPER BONUS: 0.5% CHANCE OF 1 PMC REWARDQ: How does it work?
1: I use a PMC Wallet specially set up for sending out block rewards for miners. 2: Using a script, I send myself small amounts of PMC. Every time this happens the script also determines what to set the transaction fee as, aka the "block reward". 3: This transaction fee is then injected into a new block on the network. 4: When a miner finds this block, he will mine that PMC. 5: Due to the way transaction fees are handled sometimes several of these "rewards" can appear more than once in a single new block.

it would be much easier to promote a coin, when the website(s) an the thread are up to date... i´ve asked twice... nothing happened... and it´s quite hard to promote a pool (100% pure grain) without beeing "official" listed... So please add www.grainers.net to the pool list... @ all we still pay a double reward to all small miners...

After what happened to even more established websites that went missing , I won't really deal with a company that can't get a licence.
