I think it updates every 2 hours, the concept being every two updates would equate to a difficulty retarget. Not surprised to see the hashrate fall quite a bit with the retarget above 2000, as many multipools switched away from DOGE

I keep refreshing for a few times and now it's 108 - so definitely refresh interval is much lower then 2 hours - like 5-10 minutes maybe (and I was sure it's "static"... such fail for me )

People don't get it.... Multipools are not going anywhere, at the correct price doge is the best coin to mine for long term(Infinite supply)... What multipools gonna do is, they just manipulate the market and adjust the price so that the coin is profitable again.... Beside doge and litecoin, they can't trust anyother coin for longterm earning.... So they will adust the price around 300-350 when the halving occurs and'll keep mining it.... We are not going to lose any hash power...

Wow. Wtf. I just checked Cryptsy trade volume and price. Trade volume down to 1/3 of it's recent peak and price is about 259 satoshis now. I thought price and trade volume would remain the same BEFORE the halving occurs, but I guess a lot of people and miners will be leaving.

I thought the halving would cause the price to skyrocket to 300 satoshis or more.
