Hello Dogecoin was removed from Cryptsy so I want to ask you whats the best exchange web site (doge to btc or dog to usd/eur) with minimum issues and good experiences? Thanks

I use Vircurex primarily now. I've never had so much as a blip of a problem with them. www.vircurex.com. Of course, YMMV. Did I miss the Cryptsy announcement? |

Why look at a (buggy?) website, when you can simply look at the current block nr from any pool or the official Dogechain (atm we are at block nr 98800) and then simply subtract that from 100,000 as defined for Dogecoin? The result 1200 is the number of block remaining and Doge is defined as having average block finding time of 1 min, so if the hash rate does not jump too much, the difficulty will be stable and the block will be found at a 1-per-minute rate. So then 1200 blocks to go is 1200 minutes, which is exactly 20 hours from now, or about 7 PM PST on 2/13 and if I am not mistaken that is GMT 3 AM on Valentines Day (Feb 14). Hope this helps, |

There is important one thing that when 50% block will be halved at 100 000 block we will have all-most 50% Doge supply out !!And in next 2 months with next halving we will have 75% of them on market.Of course we will have infinity amount of Doges but after 2 years it will be just 3% inflation per year and that number will decrease  every year just because reward is constant not % of coins. So inflation every year will be smaller for that 3% inflation. Its better that constant number of coins somehow because that motivates you to invest and shopping maket should be more stabble with it but we will see.

I have all apps disabled, so I can't see it myself, but I am guessing that you will need to go to app settings and find the tipping app, enable it, load it with a balance and then start tipping. Since I have the app interface disabled, I can't do that, so I miss the fun but also a lot of frustration, risk and privacy concerns... |
