Capture F5 keystroke and disable it?

Another alternative is to store a timestamp in a session variable and only load new information from the DB every minute or so (using the timestamp to verify they didn't just refresh). The page requests will still come through but it won't be making so many DB calls.

No. It's the change. Your wallet created a new address and sent the change there. That address may be hidden but it's there.

I can't see any shares on cgminer-it said that setup pool failed.

maybe something wrong with settings, or with pool. Try to read "how to start" on the pool

Then difficulty is too high (is the pool using vardiff ?) or all of your cards are SICK/DEAD/OFF

A=Accepted
R=Rejected
HW=Hardware Failures(Not to worry about
WU=Work Units(What is que'd to process

As long as the A has numbers in it, you're mining.
