Well, if crypto is here to stay for good... DOGE in 2020 could be a $1. But I don't think anyone is thinking that far ahead. Tongue
My investment plan extends between 5-10 years.  I don't know where the market will end up, but by planning years ahead rather than weeks or months I am not at all concerned about short-term crashes, or missing out on short-term gains.

For those who do not have the personality type to speculate short-term or daytrade a long-term investment strategy may be a better strategy for an irrational market.

i'm not saying everyone needs to think that far ahead, but sometimes it helps to put a different perspective on what's happening right now.  the long view has certainly kept me out of altcoin-of-the-weeks, and i've reconfigured my coin portfolio to reflect a long-term strategy.

HASHFASTER POOL

My 2 last payout (confirmed and everything 3-4 hours ago) disappeared.

1; Transaction:8a13cac2e4d63dd799ec306f2071654652bad964b478a5201d350b3c79d00259
2; Transaction: c1e88d4b4053a6609065f182c980a81bacda9c33bb21800b588bf07d2a44c2bc

I have been debited from my pool balance but never sent to my wallet.

Hashfaster: I want my dogecoins.

hmmm.... I can see your transactions now... but my still not there...  Sad

EDIT: I got it! It's something wrong with dogechain.info
it shows "60604 Blocks in chain" but my wallet shows 60820!

It finally appeared at dogechain.info .... but why dogechain.info still shows such outdated data?

I see DogeChain is currently about 130 blocks behind all the pools. Transactions are being held up everywhere. The discrepancy seems to be narrowing.

To mine it with a CPU or any onboard GPU is not going to worth the electricity.
A i7 4770k will give you about 100kh/s and and it takes like 100w.
At current difficulty and price, a i7 4770k will mine you about 1500doge/day after taking rejected shares and orphan block into account.
So 1500 doge worth about $0.9 at this moment. After electricity, you will have something like $0.5/day by mining with a 4770k.

And your computer is pretty much unusable when mining with the CPU.
