Blockchain Explorer is just lagging, Blockchain itself is allright, and nothing was stolen, I hope.

Lagging by 12 hours?  That's hard to believe...

Still surprised on this coin being so successful knowing that:
  • Its block chain explorer does not work
  • Its wallet cannot be encrypted in windows 7

Unsafest cryptocoin ever.

Ha ha ha, you are funny. Blockchain explorer works.
And wallet encryption works too. Didnt you see version 1.4.1? https://github.com/dogecoin/dogecoin/releases/tag/v1.4.1

He's right, Blockchain explorer does NOT work.

I came in here last night feeling sick because 250,000 Dogecoins went missing in a transfer between Cryptsy and Doge-dice.

But when I look in my client I can see the transaction:

So yes, the Blockchain DOES NOT WORK.  And it's not Crypsty's fault like some of you had me believe.  The transaction shows up on the chain, but at the same time does not exist.  Somehow these coins are being stolen, and that is whats going to make the value of this coin CRUMBLE in the coming months.

UNSAFEST COIN EVER MADE.

Blockchain explorer lagging sometime. Here are your transaction

You need to look at what you are writing here. You compare a two month old currency(doge) to a five year old currency(BTC) and at the same time you tell me not to compare them? Stop cherry-picking bro, you make no sense Smiley Again, I love DOGE, but let's keep it real!

I compared it in general, not currently, BTC is an investment, Doge is more like a currency. Bitcoin has investors, Doge has community. Sure it can change but let's hope that Doge will remain what it is now Smiley

Maybe explorer doesnt works well now, but it works.
I was only responding to that troll, that he is wrong.

Maybe try to send some DOGE to bobsled http://foundation.dogecoin.com/donate and your day will be much more sunny.  Wink

If DOGE is a currency, what can you buy with it?

Not much.

Why do I hear about moon in this community? Not much to spend in moon.

Yes, send the Doges to Jamaica for Sunny holidays!

@jarif stop pointing young currency that there are not many places to spend. Give it time, go to shibemart.com or many other markets. Read, learn,  create and don't hate:)

By the time this answer is clear and positive it will be too late to invest. Don't wait until it is accepted and common knowldege, be an early adopter if you want to make real money Smiley

I have invested, and mining. But this discussion was about DOGE not being an investment, but currency to spend.

To me, it is a mid term investment. I already sold some at 229 satoshis, and waiting for it to get there again...

100 satoshis is not moon, not even near.
