Does anyone know of a Doge pool thats running right?  Im not getting good results with either Fast-Pool or Poolerino  for the past couple days.

Running perfectly, just need miners:

Hey everyone. First post. I have to admit I was in the bitcoin game much earlier but was busy with work. I'm glad to come back to it finding out my electric bills spent on mining paid off enough to pay off the lease of my car. All this new fuss about doge got me super excited again about crypto currencies, nice to see some diversity and competition.

Anyway I was never lucky enough to get into the ASIC craze a while back and looks to be near impossible to get a hand on one. luckly I still got my nifty Radeon 5850. I'm getting an average of 17Khs. mining Bitcoins I used to hash around 256m. seems a bit low comaring the two. Just concerned, wonder if i'm missing out on something. Thanks a bunch. Grin

doge: DTjvCsi8nwDT8LE1uDyx46Qt6JtMep4vmw

bitcoin: 1NrKxH8k3HVjb3twZCgVFPK7RtwsoTD45S
Different algorithms. BTC hashes are easier

and the Difficulties are relatively, significantly lower too, I'm sure just due to the popularity. Are most miner's using ASIC's for doge? I would assume the pro's are focusing all there's into bitcoins rather so maybe us doge's have a chance?

There is no ASIC for the Scrypt algorithm yet, just have to use GPUs and CPUs.  Bitcoin uses Sha256 and Dogecoin uses Scrypt

Holy shit have been reading this thread?Huh

Tell us when it gets there. Cheesy
He has officially committed a suicide.

Hello i'm new here and my english is not so good.
i need help please!
i sent a transaction of Dogecoins and forgot to give a fee and now i have 0 confirmation since 5 hours.
can i afterwards give a fee or can i annul my transaction?
please help.
No you can't

I never use a fee and yet my transactions get enough confirmations in 1-5 minutes

thanks for the reply.

it tells me:

Status: 0/unbestätigt
Date: 21.01.2014 13:35
To: DLSmDfKx6gX4tGxkH6isDcULyR8PY8DgTM
Debit: -77752.00 DOGE
Net amount: -77752.00 DOGE
Transaction ID: 41d3689034ca91dc2d98e187a191572fd326067d87af971133cde13ec8c7c54a

how long you think i have to wait?

Have you done the update to v1.4.1?
It's not a mandatory update, just for ppl who have problems with their wallet.

Thank you for the heads up  Embarrassed

That update is only for windows. If you're using Mac, then its just on 1.4.
I've had an issue like that. It takes some time to go through. Now my latest transactions show as having been broadcast through 1 node with 0 confirmations, but they have arrived in the recipients address safely...

now im waiting since 4 days and still 0 confirmations i think my coins are lost Sad

That happened to me on more than a few occasions so I hopped off the doge looking for a more promising coin and found USDe.
Don't get me wrong, the DOGE is amazing and I'm glad I got in early. It was very fun, funny, good community and popular, but once I lost ~20% of my coins on more than one occasion it was time to bail Cry
much shibe
many fun
so love
wow

doge will always have a place in my heart, I hope it does as well as USDe ^_^

Hey, is there an accurate DOGE Mining Calculator? Trying right now poolerino and used the calc from coinwarz, but reality and calculation differ almost 50%!! How much DOGE would be realistic for 1 MH/s right now? I think I'm gonna try different pools... any suggestions?

some time ago I sent doges to exchanger. Doges were sent from my wallet but did not come to exchanger. In a hour after sending I checked my balance via block explorer. It showed that money in my wallet. I changed my wallet.dat to backuped wallet.dat (deleted wallet.dat and copied backuped wallet.dat). After that money appeared in my wallet. So guys, it is not possible to lost coins if you have backuped wallet.dat

If it's stuck at 0 confirmations in your transaction history then that means you didn't include a fee and your wallet just broadcasts the shit over and over. The address should still have the dough.

I think it might not include that block rewards are random.
