Did you pay for the yacht with your I0coins?

I think we may need to renegotiate your mining pool fees... haha

Enjoy your trip!
Haha, I wish. It's not my own yacht, part of a charter tour to the island :-)

Hey CC, is there any chance of you re-opening the i0coin exchange on Bitparking?

Hey CC, is there any chance of you re-opening the i0coin exchange on Bitparking so that I can take a big fat huge I0 coin dump on everyone?

Fixed for you.  Grin

With https://vircurex.com/ operating I don't think there's any need for it given the low level of use of i0coin at the moment. If it started getting used for other things I might get tempted.

What platform? The i0coin running on my pool has never died. You may be running out of memory of you're running on a low memory VPS. My daemon is using about 600MB of memory or so.

I am running on Ubuntu (11.04) 64Bit, I got all in all 8GB memory, usually around 3GB is free and the daemon uses roughly 685 MB (VIRT) or 497 MB (RES).

Hacked Account! Don't send any money.

I'm having a similar problem on Windows 7.  The I0coin daemon hasn't downloaded any new blocks for several weeks.  I've reloaded it twice.  I had a similar problem with bitcoin until the -qt client came out.  Anyone know when a -qt version of the I0Coin client will be released?

I can build a qt client based on the latest changes of doublec, but maybe i'm doing it or maybe not, as i have no other motivation than fun and bitcoin community. If some donations gets done, maybe the things can change Tongue

Your dreams are true now, i'm releasing a qt version of the i0coin client:

https://github.com/kR105/i0coin/

I forked the main bitcoin repo and made all the changes that are needed for the i0coin chain, i tested it generating a few transactions and even using the same blockchain that were downloaded with the old client and zero problems Smiley
What i not tested is generating coins, as the difficulty is high and my hashing power is shamefully slow, i wasn't able to test it so it needs further discussion/testing.

Linux users will benefit too, you can compile the i0coind daemon and enjoy all the improvements that the bitcoin team has made to their client on the i0coin client Cheesy

I will be releasing executables (Windows/Linux) later today, but if you can't wait just compile it! lol

Did you backout the changes that result in blockchain forks? The BIP16 and BIP30 stuff? Or change the dates when these activate? If not, the majority of miners will need to be using your client, or problems may occur (anyone being able to redeem BIP16 transactions, working on an orphaned fork, etc).

The new I0coin-qt client works great.  Block chain download and transactions appear to work fine.  Thanks!
Has anyone tried mining yet?

Would it be hard for you to start a Fairbrix exchange??? I miss FBX.

I'm sure you miss it because you probably hold about 100k FBX to take a DUMP on the exchange lol
