Hey, Lottocoin fans, just wanted to let you all know that we just launched a Lottocoin pool.

  • 0% fee
  • custom MPOS layout
  • SSL for privacy and security

Come give us a shot if you're looking for a new Lottocoin pool.

Why mine at Chunky?

  • We have experience running successful pools for multiple coins
  • We are equipped to withstand thousands of workers, and if our load gets high, we don't even have to take downtime to increase our server instances' sizes
  • We aren't running MPOS default layout -- we have our own custom layout
  • We have a decent-sized, noob-friendly, super-helpful community in #chunky on freenode
  • We have SSL for users' password security -- 95% of pools do not
  • We are committed admins who look into every single issue reported by our users
  • We run lots of giveaways and promotions -- given away over 1 million DOGE and 10,000 EAC since our launch
  • We give back to the alt-coin open source community through further development of MPOS

https://pool.chunky.ms/lot/

https://chunkypools.com - POT | WC | DOGE | MUN | RPC | DEF | DGB | KDC | RUBY | POT | STP | SPN | PCN

1% PROP - SSL - custom MPOS - profit-switching port - single-sign on - great IRC community - scalable architecture - no downtime

90M+ coins mined every day.
Already 20% of total coins are in circulation after 1 month, while Feathercoin only 10% after 9 months.

Think about quark... 100% mined so far but it's not dead.

But I'm not against a fork. Only wanted to mention it.

Paypal has expressed interest in Bitcoin and I believe one of their exec was on the development team for Litecoin so it isn't that far fetched.  I personally think it is just a matter of time before it is accepted on e-bay.

well in that case good news... maybe the selling of coins on ebay will still be forbidden but payments for goods will be incorporated in to paypal in the same way you can pay with different currencies from the same account... no doubt with a paypal 'exchange rate fee'

Garbage maths and mixing lotto with bitcoin.  $704 from 84k/hash ??  Where do I sign, my rigs could do $47,000 a year based on those sums.   Roll Eyes

High five.

It's probably not as dead as I thought it would be, though, after that rapidballs chat

Still heavily endorse the idea of forking

What's the point in forking it?

Let's say halving the payout, has the effect of doubling the price.  It will still have the same profit level, so will still be hit by the multi pools.

All it will do, if the existing coins are stll accepted is give all the early adopters a bit of a value boost. It would be like having g a 10% premine between lots of people.

I don't think a substantial difficulty increase would hurt us either.

Coin is already 20% mined. We need to reduce coin production. Longer block times is a valid option.

Maybe it will boost price a little bit and will still be mined, but in the long term it will make the coin more sustainable.

Yeah, that's the reason why the price is low too. The miners receive too many coins so they can sell everything they get with a low price, if the reward would half the price would double atleast!

I believe everything would stay the same as long as everyone used the updated wallet, basically there would be two different branches of Lotto coin and everyone would have their coins, but the two would be incompatible with each other, ie. would not be able to transfer lottos mined on the old fork to the new fork etc.   But I'm not expert so I do not know if this information is 100% correct.

They would not be lost! Look for example at catcoin. A few days ago there was a hardfork and nobody lost his coins.

With opensource, anyone can grab and fork the code, and change the coin to what ever they want. However for that to happen,
everyone (28,000 downloads) would need to all update their client at the same time.

Its happened in the past, but only for buggy coins. Noone has ever done it to a coin which is the most profitable.

In my opinion the fork talk is just couple of low rollers who missed cashing out their giveaways @ 50, and along the way want to spread
FUD about the worlds 3rd most successful coin, and ruin it for the majority.

Currently LOTTO Its the most profitable coin in the world to mine.

Currently LOTTO is the cheapest investment (will increase 100x in 6 months). - 20% already mined... only 80% left..... and blocks halving 10x faster than BTC

I dont think miners or investors would want to participate in the fork. I wont be supporting it either.

Dude, catcoin has done a fork and they succeeded. Why aren't you more responsive? Do I need to send you 50 PMs to get an answer?

Your attitude pisses me off bro

And 20% already mined is exactly why we need a fork. It's the most profitable to mine because the block rewards are too generous. Are you blind?

30% mined in less than 2 months, guaranteed. 30% mined in 3 months, ridiculous

I don't think it's the worlds 3rd most successful coin. If 5 satoshi / coin is your definition of success, then I'm out of here

I disagree with mrlotto.
