any possible way to recover balance in a overwritten wallet?
(I have my old address, and payout transactions from some mining pool to verify)

I did a pc migration, I ran the windows 'easy transfer tool' and it screwed my memory coin wallet.

- Can a dev send my lost balance (with proof that I mined using that payout address?)

or am I sol?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

cad_cdn: unfortunately, if you don't have a backup of your wallet.dat somewhere, there's nothing which could be done for you

It's a long shot, have you tried using any file recovery software?

How are people mining at full and being able to use their system?  I'm running an I-5 running at 4.4ghz with 12 gigs of ram.  OS windows 7 64 bit ultimate.  Running av-2 w/ 1024 per thread (that's the max supported anyway per thread).  If I run all 4 cores my system cannot be used for anything else.

Depending on your system you need to leave a thread or two free to be able to do other things while mining.
Try only 3 cores that is what I do on mine.
That way I can do everything and still mine fine.

I need help to sync the wallet Sad
Stuck at block 7897...

Already deleted once the folder (except wallet.dat) Sad

PS: Deleting again and adding alive nodes right after start looks to help - already at block 9000 and going up Smiley

The descent in price of PTS is dragging the MMC ?

Probably. It's irrational cause if I remember correctly MMC has nothing to do with BTS, but seems like their prices are affecting each other

I think too many people equated them as the same or connected.
This just gives me the opportunity to buy more MMC at Bter.

It wasn't deleted.
mmc-chain.com is down and the site relies on it for coin data.
The CNO will fix it and we'll update the admin.

Who mines 10 MMC per day? Shove specs.
4770K at stock 9HPM 5.068 MMC per day
5.068 X 0.00017 = 0.00086156BTC
10 CPU's = 0.0086BTC
10 days X 10 CPU's = 0.086BTC
if no pumping to 20X increment that's fully wasting the time!!!

i also notice the AES-ni makes a huge different when mining:
- 2 cpu each 8 cores: Xeon X5550 @ 2.67GHZ AES-NI not supported,gives me hardly 1.39 HPM with Minerd
- 2 cpu each 8 cores: Xeon E5620 @ 2.04GHZ AES-NI supported gives me 10 HPM

Hey, guys. I've been trying to get my Linux, Ubuntu 13.10 Intel 4770k/ASUS box mining. It seemed like it was mining ok, but now I've got a ton of errors when I check my debug.log.

If I wanted to start over, what would be the best way for me to scrap my current memorycoind install, download and compile then configure?  Which source code should I be using for my machine, and can someone provide some sample configuration files? Your providing any other advice at this point would be appreciated.
