buy specs We will know exact numbers soon. But i do not trust specs completely. besides for the wall power draw we shall add at least 10% for dc/dc losses + 15-20% PSU loss if turbo specs is correct it will be at least 1.3W at the wall i do expect about 1.8 15-20% PSU loss ? did you build it yourself ? :p With a 80+ Gold you have < 11 % loss With a 80+ Platinium you have < 9 % loss the dc/dc seem high too According to my math gold and platinum will never pay off so I am using whatever I can find at 90 % load where efficiency is low (same applies for gold and platinum probably below 90%). The psu is most effective up to 70% load. 15 % psu loss is realistic for me. I am sure most guy's here do the same. About other losses I am not an expert but will will see. In my observations most of the chips are way off specs when overclocked.

This would be VERY great !! Think it would be nice if only old customers can order the first batch of this board for a good price as compensation for many late shippings :-)
This would be great !

Well I am not a old customer, but still had to wait two months for my boards that will not get a return on it now due to dif increases. Why should I not be entitled for compensation same way as "older" customers and get a board from first batch?
First come first served is how it goes most likely.

Very nice and why dont you answer your emails and your customers, also deliver your orders from November ??
It will not be easy for you to sell more devices if your company keep showing to everybody that doesn´t have after sales support
Because he is busy screwing people over that's why!!

I ask for a refund at Technobit.eu Website on 2013-12-09. They told me, the refund "will be done in 10 days". Yesterday (2014-01-09) I double checked my bank account and get nothing from Technobit. Plus they don't answer to any eMail or Contact-Message furthermore (last few weeks). They are scammers. My Order-ID is FESYNGABJ. I am going to my lawyer and will fight against those scammers using the most possible of an law enforcement. However, law enforcement is much easier sind 2014, because the scammers sitting in Bulgaria and are now in a country based in the European Union.
Don't purchase anything from Technobit Scammers. They told me to refund via paypal immediately. Nothing happens.

I've bought 3 times from Technobit. 1st and 2nd order were quite in time, 3rd order a little late (1-2 weeks later than promised) Communication is bad, but that's about the only thing negative about Technobit.
As soon as this board is available I'll order some (oh yeah, and if the price is OK of course)
Good luck Marto, keep us updated
PS: Maybe it's an idea to give the name a few thoughts. When I first saw this thread and it's name, I thought it was about your first board based on Avalon chips. Then I opened it and saw the date you posted it and then I started reading to find out it's a new product.
First you had the HEX16A, then the HEX16A2 and now HEX8A1. I understand the A is for Avalon and A2 for Avalon2, and A1 for Coincraft A1, but it looks like it's a model BELOW the HEX16A2 (you know, 8 lower than 16, A1 lower than A2)
Maybe HEX8CA1? HEX8CCA1?

3 chips hashing @ 200 mhz and 25 GH/s each Hot ... I am eager to see turbo H/W Errors seems a bit high. If they're 3.4% in normal mode they're probably gonna be 10% in turbo? That's about 2x what Avalon 55nm chips had. Thanks for the update on progress.

There is A lot room for improvement for sure

Congratulations Martin, great work! With that, you even beat Bitmine - who have one chip already running at 35GH/s but need to rework the inter-chip communication. The 200 MHz is a typo I guess, since you need to run the chips with 800 MHz to get to 25 GH/s per chip (with all cores running).

So it is 800 10x
