Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Answering all
e-mails and PM about 130 GHs units
The shipping of 130 GHs units will start mid march.
All end of feb 260 ghs units already shipped out

From experience Technobit are not good at adding stuff to orders. I'd recommend ordering a TP-Link off eBay and doing the firmware upgrade yourself.

Finally found sweet spot  Grin
Already run rock solid for almost 4 days.

Do you have a preproduction board or just bad luck? All 11 boards that I have are rock solid with defaults... I even drooped the voltage a bit and still rock solid... 260/985

Sometimes DOA can just mean the USB leaks power and your power protected USB hub wont let your PC talk to it.
no usb hub used. I have a dedicated PC (mATX MB) as the control box running cgminer. All 5 unit were plugged directly into the MB and tested individually. I even went to the trouble of trying the two DOA units with another PSU and Laptop.

Actually, maybe DOA is not the right term. sorry, I can detect the units in cgminer but nothing seems to get it to hash. Tried all the settings described by 2Good's review.

Anyhow the unit are already on their way back to Bulgaria. I did ask TechnoBit for additional support but was directed to submit RMA. They responded promptly Smiley

Cheers,
QG

Thanks Smiley

If anyone happens to need to go through the RMA process, you should note that; You should declare your package to be less than 15 EUR in order to skip customs clearance. Having h/w sitting in Bulgaria customs for an extra 2-3 days is ... costly on time.

Cheers,
QG
PS, Marto74, should consider letting your customers know before they ship items back.

Make sure there is no error message on each step.

No need to install, you can run cgminer from folder.

Great howto Zich!
Have you any idea why freezing the whole RPI out with cgminer 4.0.0 in 1 min? With the older version 3.12.3 works fine.

And the other thing:
root@rpi:~/cgminer# gcc api-example.c -Icompat/jansson-2.5 -Icompat/libusb-1.0/libusb -o cgminer-api
api-example.c:14:20: fatal error: config.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

When you return an item to Technobit you should set the value to 0.00.

Technically it's not a new transaction, and has no value since it's already been paid for.

Nice marto, even starting to ship before the set deadline. An exemple to many other ASIC manufacturers.
Can't wait to add these to my farm.

No idea about that, it's work just fine on my Rpi.

About api compile, did you run it on right directory? if yes you should be able to see compile instruction on api-example.c
Code:
sudo nano api-example.c
