blockchain is working fine, the average block time is 1 min, it can happen very occasionally one block time goes past 10 mins.

Doing the same (closing) for http://earthcoin.cryptohashery.com Block 357 took a long time to find (way way more than 60 seconds) and difficulty still retargeted up. Difficulty retarget formula is obviously borked. I just killed stratum on the pool so mining ceases but I will leave the pool up and wallet running so people can get their payouts once all the found blocks confirm.
