Cryptovalley is giving me confirmed transactions now and poolofpools isn't. I am running with cryptovalley from now overnight and hopefully it's the right choice  poolofpools is a scam You really shouldn't call things scams when you have no clue what you're talking about. Even if we're on the wrong fork, we didn't SCAM anyone. We provided a service and this coin got screwed within hours of launching (if that's in fact the case, and we don't know yet that it is). So how about giving someone trying to do something good for the scrypt coin community a break? We didn't delay the launch, we didn't make it so ridiculously low diff that blocks were found in 1 share, and we didn't fork any chain. If the coin forked within hours of launch, that's a design flaw. Not a pool's fault. IF--IF--the chain we're on is the wrong fork (not saying it is, I honestly don't know) we're the ones out the money for the server, the time we could have spent on better coins, and all of the effort we put into setting it up. What are you out, skovbitcoin? A few minutes? I'm out a fair few coins if you're on the wrong chain. I was under the impression that that was the choice of the pool to fork the chain and head down their own path. If so then it's a blatant attempt to grab early coins for yourselves by forking the chain ahead of time, if not then I am incorrect and I apolgise and I sympathise with you :/ I should add I am tired and probably grouchy due to the late start on this coin... The choice of a pool to fork the chain? Like there's a button somewhere that says "FORK!"? That's ridiculous. If you're out coins because they're invalied because they're forked, what do you think ours would be worth? How does that make even a drop of sense? Again, think, then speak. |

I think giving everyone the source so pools could be setup in advance was a mistake. Really? I would not ever run the binary built by some unknown dev on my system. So the source releasing is a right thing. It seems multiple pools have forked the blockchain multiple times. Nothing wrong with this - the longest chain wins. Just as per design. Of course release the source! I'm saying don't release the source before launching the coin. I've been mining altcoins for a while and never seen this many problems with all these new alts. It used to be when a coin was released it was solo mined for a bit and then eventually pools were setup. Now tons of pools pop right off the bat. That makes forking the chain easy it seems. |

I'm using teamcatcoin.com and coins are confirmed.  no they are not i guess you own the pool ..... beside that i get 80% block rejected with this pool no pool is working as it should be tried them all none is working fine the only one that works almost fine is catpool.co but they are not sharing coins and sending nothing i am desapointed with this coin i'll try again 30mn if i get no coin i switch to fedora or eac bye |
