This is not the first coin with that problem..

You need the libboost dev packages. It doesn't have to be version 1.48 (that is, over here it compiles fine with 1.54). For apt based systems (Debian/Ubuntu/Mint..), run..

That's a terrible config for 2 reasons:

1) --shaders gets overwritten when --thread-concurrency is specified
2) no --gpu-thread (-g) flag specified.

try this:
