A small suggestion: "over x goals" bets gets graded and payed out during the match, but why don't you handle the "x goals or more" the same way?
Soccer Total Goals bets are now settled during the game as goals are scored similar to other bet types. |

why there is too much fees on betting? the first time i tried Directbet using coinbase, the site was great, no fees on sending bets and receiving winnings, now i need to pay 0.0002 fee and most of the bets are being rejected for no reason, even the game is a few hours more before starting.. and when bets were suspended and being refunded the whole amount will not be returned, but now if i send 0.01 bet and will be rejected and refunded, only 0.0098 will be received back.. |

We would like to investigate why your bets were rejected to better advice you how to avoid such rejections in future bets. 4. If your bet was rejected, we do cover the fee for the refund transaction. As for the fee that you had to pay to send us the bet, we do refund it as well upon request. Please e-mail us your Bitcoin payout address and we will refund all the fees for your rejected bets. |

It's one thing they can see I visit a gambling site, but they can see every bet I make here and how much I bet.
They can connect that with my Google account or any site (which uses Google Analytics) where i did leave some personal information.
If your site would work with an account they can only see I visit your site, but now they can see everything I do here.

No it doesn't, Google analytics is build in this site. Every page you open here gives the info to Google. They can see every betpage I open here and so they can see every bet I make. It doesn't matter what browser you use, it's part of directbet.

Google Analytics, on our website, was configured not to store the complete BetID parameters, and therefore the information that is stored can not be used to track down the status of your bets. That said, we don't really have a use Google Analytics, so for now we've removed it from our website. I hope this helps and thanks again for your feedback crazy573 ! |

Personally I don't see much wrong with that response. I did something similar a while back on a fiat sportsbook and got the same answer. All bets are final is usually the moto
