Hi,
Starting using DirectBet during the World Cup and I'm enjoying it right now, excellent site. There's just one thing I would like it to have, and it doesn't: some rough stats how am I doing on the site, money in, money out. It would be ideal if I could select a period (from - to), but if it's hard to do then general stats from first to last bet would do. All others books have this feature, and it's the only thing I miss on DirectBet. Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks for your feedback. The reason why you can not see such reports on our website is because there are no accounts at DirectBet under which bets are tracked to. Betting is completely anonymous. There is a way around it though if you're really interested. If you provide your e-mail address every time you bet (you only have to enter it once, it will then be stored for future bets), you can later e-mail us from that e-mail account and ask that we send you the history of all the bets that are linked to it. |

I would be very interested in a feature like this, but for me personally the lack of needing an account is DirectBet's killer app, so to speak. Your site's quick payouts and pay as you go type model has fully converted me to crypto betting, I'll never use a cash + account book like bovada or betus again ! |

My BTC is stolen by someone and he bets all the BTC on directbet. Luckily he lost all the BTC. As a result all my BTC is under controlled by directbet now. I have sent a few emails and got no reply. May be it is not the working hours  Hope that the problem can be solved as soon as possible.  |

I don't think Directbet is going to give you back this all because the person who stole these all already lost so how can you claim for refund from them |

We might not have reliable odds in-play sometimes but still allow you to place a negotiated bet. |
