They are just too excited to be able to gamble with BTC to realized these some of these games are pirated and not certified tested. This has been explained in detail in this thread, if you care to read some more. They used different supplier for their games {4 or more} and one of the 4 supplied them with a few pirated games a while ago. The were made aware of that and they stopped using that supplier and also removed those games from the site. {How did you want them to react?}

If you have any proof, that they still using pirated games, contact the suppliers of those games and report it. {I doubt that you have any proof or that you would find any more pirated games, but go for your badge}

Idk if it worked or not but I think you have to wager it any times to be able to withdraw your bonus and your not allowed to play poker.

IMO they should refund you. Although BJ is not included in rollover, you still play with your principal, but not a bonus.

They should refund you, or they are nonsense.

Ask them to explain to you, why they saw your actions as being fraudulent.  Did you at any stage claim that you did not receive your bonus ? Was a bonus paid out again?

They are open to discussion, so feel free to PM the OP of this thread, and they would gladly assist you in the matter.

My experience with them has been positive so far, and if problems occur, they act on it immediately.

If they are the same group and got banned before, why they give your money again?
