Why your site don't have a signature program why??

well funny story - my gaming experience with bitcasino.io

played a game (slot machine), got finally the 'bonus games' - 20 free rolls with some multipliers involved.
i have won about 15000 credits (0.15BTC) and during this bonus round i actually won another 20 bonus spins.. when i started those another 20 bonus games, slot machine reels just continued spinning without stopping..

was told to reload the game.. now the fun starts

it got to the 'resume' mode - should go through all bonus spins which were previously played and recorded .. and what? in this 'replay' i got only about 8000 credits and obviously NO free game bonus Shocked

ok, technical problems could happen.. went to 'help chat'.. result was 2 hours of 'wait please, we contacted game provider and they are searching for a problem and solution"..2 hours, nothing..
then i reloaded the game window again.. now only my initial balance was there, no sign of bonus win or bonus games..

final drop for me was that 'i will be contacted via email after technicians will solve whatever was causing me troubles'.
really? almost 3 hours of digging in database to find out the value of my win?

so i withdrew my 2BTC which i had left as balance, said by by to BTC i have lost and to bonus games (enjoy them to pay ur amazing arthur or whoever was sitting on the chatline) and most definitely i say farewell to bitcasino.io!!

I have been playing at this casino site for some time every month . The normal was to e-mail my host my lottery number picks , this month they had a survey that they wanted people to take for 4 entries into the lottery. On one of my picks I got 4 of 5 numbers so I should have won 7.5 btc or a share if there was someone else who won . They are telling me that the survey was not completed so they didn't have my lottery numbers . I know I finished there survey !!!
