"Sorry, it's a mistake", that's what their support said. Their so-claimed mistake basically made me make a total of extra 4 deposits that I didn't have to in order to claim the tickets that they "mistakenly promised", and as predicted, they have now modified the terms & conditions. I e-mailed VIP support and have yet to receive a reply.

I have been a long time VIP user at this casino, member since May 2014, made a total of nearly 20BTC worth of deposits & withdrawals, and you think they would value one of their long time customer, instead, all I get was: "Sorry, we scammed you, please move on"

You should be compensated for four of the transaction fees imo.

I come here to apologize to bitcasino.io. I was drunk and I was very upset to have lost and came to talk nonsense here in the forum.

I know I had an unlucky week, but do not blame bitcasino so. I have to learn to know how to win and know how to lose.
