This is from the people that got Betcoin.ag user login/email early last January the same week that they announced a mandatory PW change for every single player. The same email described above was sent to an email address only ever used to register for Betcoin.ag today at 1:56 am EST with a phishing link leading through a russian site and landing on a similiar url as bitcasino with "bitcoindrugs" added. A couple weeks ago, they sent this email: https://i.gyazo.com/9ed541f14f0fd2fc23c26a535f787ec3.pngIt linked to a casino that looked exactly like Bitcasino, but was only a cashier with deposit address and an ad to download free vpn. Since January Betcoin.ag has been asked probably close to 100 times by various users how someone got their users login/email info. Their only response has been that they were not hacked. Here are some examples of other phishing attempts made by the same people: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1379083.0I too just got one of these. https://i.gyazo.com/7b6b06c8328ab402f4f45d3f27b34139.pngI do not believe i had an account at BitCasino... (I just made one)

It is unfortunate that you have lost more coins at Bitcasino.io than you think is right. In terms of your hand history, we will be able to provide it, please e-mail us from your registered address with the request and we will get it processed.
Also, most of the blackjack games (and slots) have hand history available in the game.
In terms of our licensing then i can assure you that we are in the middle of application processes for more than one highly regarded EU licenses. Unfortunately some licenses have a very long due diligence process (6-18 months depending on the size of the business), especially when bitcoin is involved, but rest assured that we are putting in the maximum effort and resources to speed up the process. Our main goal is to increase awareness, and to educate, about bitcoin in the general public. A lot of effort also goes into communicating, explaining and educating governmental institutions about the potential of Bitcoin. Of course we are not the only Bitcoin focused establishment doing so, there are many others from different parts of the bitcoin community.
But how much licensing is sufficient? How much bureacracy is enough to create trust? We believe that having signed papers, certificates and other relevant things is great, but ultimately it is about how fast we can process our withdrawals, how well we can communicate with our users and how transparent we can be about our operation. Most people know that ultimately it comes down to how good the staff and services are, not about how much certifications and licenses a company can show-off.
@Lucky7btc
It would be great if the authenticity of Betgames.TV could be verified by any single user, but at the moment it is not possible. Although, we are in talks with them to start using the Provably Fair concept.
From our side, we can assure you that all of their games have gone through thorough testing, verification and certification by independent authorities. I am sure that we have a lot of users who are satisfied with their games but do not bother writing about their experience on the forums.
As you know, we welcome any and all feedback to try and improve the users experience.
I feel like you said a lot, but nothing relevant? Anyway, maybe its legit, (i have huge doubts) but thats just me. Maybe others feel different, but I've been gambling for about a decade now, so I do know the basic odds of blackjack, roulette, spanish 21, etc. and when I see I'm winning about 35% of my hands, playing every hand strictly by the book, and over the course of thousands of hands, and months of playing, It seems like it shouldnt be that far off. I've seen many many win/loss statements, and obviously the longer you play its usually a net loss, but its never even close to 35%/65%. Both my experience in the dutch antiles and statistics would "provably" say not to trust the locals in Curacao with 5 guilders. lol

That's because you are a human with emotions. Not a computer. If you want to prove it's rigged forget how you "feel" or it "seems", get the HHs of an adequate sample size, figure out what's going on and explain it to the rest of us. Here's an example of how Michael Shackleford did it (successfully imo) http://wizardofodds.com/online-gambling/casino-bar/Otherwise people will look at you the same as guys like this: +1 THE LIVE GAMES ARE RIGGED! whoooaaa, easy there, I'm not exactly interested in doing a clinical trial, and let me rephrase, 'I FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE PLAYING ON OTHER SITES RATHER THAN THIS ONE" if you like this one, perfect, you play here. You don't mind if I play elsewhere though right? I am not saying this site is "Rigged", in fact I think the opposite, but when I asked to see my last 20 hand history, and was told "We're not able to do that", then i post it on here, and the response is "Of course we can do that", I feel uneasy. (And yes you are correct, I am a person with emothions, and not a computer) ------> 100% relevant

I even asked a dealer the other day after I splitted 9s against dealer 5. I got 11 and down double with 20 and 19. Dealer gets 21 on a .3 btc total bet. I said in the chat box, I quit this is rigged. Dealer nods her head and laugh. She know its Fix. I am done with it. There are videos on youtube that shows live casinos being rigged. I never in my life seen so many times player has 12, takes a hit and bust out. But the dealer can show 3,4,5,6 and make some many dog gone hands that its not even funny.

I'm not gonna agre/disagree with what your saying, I fully respect your opinion, However, that was not what i said, The person who replied with a extremely bold statement, for some reason was passionately defending her "side" (if u will), however I had not said anything that wasn't totally opinion based, (my opinion), so for someone to reply with a strong defense, against something that I am basing on only how I felt, and not facts, is rude. So I felt it was important to explain myself, You can't bring a calculator, and "disapprove" my own opinion. (You might just look stupid)

Yes i agree, just looking at this post has brought me too far from the original "real" statement i made, Im gonna try to make it very simple: 1) Read the words I put in BOLD from my original statement. 2)Now to be more clear on what you just read: "All I was saying was my opinion about a specific site. And why I decided not to play there any longer." 3) I can however see it coming off as if having a gambling problem is a qualification for anything, That is not what i meant, I should have said that differently, So no, this "+1 THE LIVE GAMES ARE RIGGED! GO PLAY BETONPOKER ITS JUST SO IN YOUR FACE RIGGED THAT ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY!" was not my statement. If you are still unclear Im sorry, but now Im getting confused. :

So I first tried this site around the 11th.
Cloudbet was simply scamming and I was looking for legit slot site. I read and heard decent things about bitcasino's slots.
Deposited 230ish mbtc with the bonus without high expectations. Of course I didnt get any positive in the end.
Then I cam back today deposited 240mbtc without bonuses and played. Lost.
I thought okay, it kept me playing a bit so Ill still try
Deposited another 720 mbtc. and nothing. At this point I was just mad and deposited another 1047mbtc.
I didnt even get an positive in the end.
I know very well how slots can be risky however after all that and not even recovering close to what I lost was just mediocre.
I contacted chat to see if I even qualified towards any promos/bonus seeing as I bet an outrageous amount to recover my intial 230mbtc yet it didnt give me anything after 2btc+
Laura offered me 10mbtc bonus (the 35x one to even withdraw) because I left 21 mbtc in the end.....really? Then I shouldve left the 2btc depositing if it was that way ha!
I said no obviously and yet she did it. I contacted through email to see if anyone higher up or another staff could assist me better as 10mbtc just in itself a 10x loss of 2btc+ to recover 230 mbtc i outright unfair. Yet she replied giving me the 10mbtc even though I didnt sayyes
I contacted her on chat about it and told me to forfeit the bonus if I didnt want that which I did
Seriously, I tried recovering 230 mbtc and ending up losing 10x that without ever getting close to positive?
I would have better luck in scratchers or the lottery.
The least they can do is offer me a fair bonus chance to recover.
I made an account here just for this

That sucks to hear. I'm sure most of us as gamblers have done that many times to chase back a loss. I know I've done it more times than I've wanted to. I doubt anyone higher up is going to do much other than let you in the "VIP" club and enjoy those added perks. But to be honest with you, its not what it used to be anyways. I used to be a proud supporter of this casino and would go on multiple forums and praise the likes of the entire staff, VIP, and how awesome their rewards program was. The support staff is still great and friendly but their hands are tied now by management on giving back even 10mbtc comp after you have a bad run and lose a few hundred dollars. Now you get nothing. Bitcasino use to take care of the players better and about 2-3 months ago things have changed drastically. I hate to used the word cheap but thats what they've become with VIP program. I've had much worse losses than you in a few days time losing over 2btc and you go to support to see if they can offer a comp or anything and management has not allowed them to do anything for the player other than to offer some shitty 50% bonus. Other online casinos have cashback programs and offer comps and other nice amenities. But for a long time bitcasino had them beat with their outstanding gift program. Now they've made even small pety gifts with tens of thousands of USD wagering so in other words you have to lose 5-10 grand USD just to earn a $75 gift. Ridiculous. It never used to be that way, the wagering was set more fairly and obtainable with much less losses. This is the only real perk bitcasino has other than a lousy monthly vip lottery where its hard to get even 2 numbers out of 5. And when you do you only get about 10mbtc now because the payouts on that are so watered down with all the tickets they've given out to it. Yet somehow they value these tickets at 250mbtc lolol I've been watching for the past several months and not one person even gets 4 numbers ever so all it really is a 7.5btc giveaway even though they use the terms massive 55 btc giveaway etc. So this is the jist of it sorry for your losses but what you're expecting back aint gonna happen. Sadly, Bitcasino has gone to a business model of take more in and give less back. It used to be my favorite place to play for over a year straight but now I'm considering taking all my action elsewhere as I don't see things getting better. It's no fun losing thousands of dollars and you get back only a lousy $20 gift now. That's pathetic.

Very well said! I am glad you are aware of what is happening there. I no longer trust this place. I've seen too much to know better.

Unfortunately Stitchesfor1313 has been involved in activities which we are unable to disclose here, but were in contradiction to our terms and conditions. We have encouraged him to continually communicate with our Security Department in order to solve the situation comfortably for all parties. Trayber, we’re sorry that you feel our VIP program has become “cheap". in regard to actual amount of bonuses given; in march 2016, we gave away 594.822 BTC in bonuses (237,155 euros), so we are definitely not slowing down in giving away bonus money! It would be great if you could provide us with your user details via PM so we could look into your personal account and make sure all rewards are given fairly. if you feel that the VIP rewards are too hard to obtain, please let us know! Following your post, we’ve also done a full review on our gift program and already we are putting in place improvements to this, which include a 300% increase in the time (VIP points) it takes to get your gift. We ideally, want to be known as a fun entertaining casino, whereby, even if you do lost your coins, at least we can reward you with a cool gift, which is easy to obtain. Don’t forget too, if you do win some coins, we happily send out the gift too (as we work off the law of big numbers / that on average, if we can satisfy our players whether they win or lose, we’ll make a few bucks along the way too). We have also reviewed the lotto’s too, as our single monthly lottery (as you pointed out) has simply grown too big (too many entries), which decreases the value of each ticket. That said, it actually doesn’t decrease the value of each ticket, as every ticket as an equal chance of getting 5 numbers correct to win a share of 75 btc. That said, we will look to start doing weekly lottos, for different segments of players, with more chances of winning more money, more regularly to our most active players. Perhaps you have some ideas on how we can run the lotto better? We are happy to give away up to 100 btc a month in lottos, so it would be great if our players on this forum, could give us some ideas how we could make it better. We love feedback and we love continuous improvement to make our site the best! But its certainly our intention to make sure each user has the chance to win considerable prizes. Our "cashback" policies are tied to the bonus program and VIP Loyalty system. We do not offer the traditional system simply because at the end of the day it would turn into a bidding wars with other service operators. This leads to operators outbidding each other 1% at a time which eventually will force one or the other to close shop. There are numerous examples that it is not a sustainable form of rewarding from the Casino industry and the Poker industry and if cashback were to be the sole differentiating feature between casinos, the price war would lead to worse service and products, which in the end is bad for the players. We are heavily focused on providing our users with different benefits that enable us to do so continually, we constantly research for new options in order to stay ahead of the curve. Instead of a regular cashback program our users can enjoy the bonus program, VIP Gifts, moneyback protions in the sportsbook, exclusive weekly bonuses, game specific bonuses, weekly lotteries, monthly lotteries, VIP lotteries and much more. Rest assured that we are already working on new ways how to reward our users. Finally, even though these post were negative towards bitcasino, we honestly do appreciate the feedback. Without these posts highlighting current issues, we would never know what “the players” really think (yes player’s speak absolutely differently on chat, when trying to coerce bonuses, rather that highlighting their issues!), so we’d like to thank you for your candid feedback and we will take your constructive criticism on board to improve as much as possible. As for Lucky7btc - i’m assuming your a competitor, so not even going to reply to you (again)
