This guy who just took over the dev's nick has no idea, he is nothing more than "silkroad 2" , an idiot who will get his name added to the list of defendants, although most likely he got nothing to do with the original crime, I know me saying crime will sound harsh, but if there is a case then there is a crime, it's just not every day you find people willing to stick their names on a defendant list once a case has been filed.

Switch over to p2pool, it can't go down. Takes a bit longer to see coin but they are paid direct to your wallet and you get about 10% more for now anyway. what is the addy? |

The people at silkroad 2 made not even 1% of the original silk road yet in terms of crime and punishment, they will get the same punishment. So case is if you participate in a crime your punishment is not dependent on how much you benefited from that crime. How this apply in the case of taking over a nickname? I'll let you answer that. |

Lol are you still on this? Yes you are correct, if you take over a crime, it is the same punishment. Except coinye's not a CRIME! So nobody will get in trouble. Also are you seriously saying people might get jailtime for a lawsuit on trademark infringement (I just reread your earlier post). That tells me you know nothing about law if you can't even seperate the civil suit here vs an actual criminal case such as in silk roads. Take your troll elsewhere please. |

They should just host an exchange in another country where they have no jurisdiction. The lawyers and Kanye literally have nothing in this case. Nothing. They cannot win this and no judge will listen...and even if they did it would be MONTHS until anything came of it. This isnt being used for merchandise, and they literally cannot claim anything on it. They are using scare tactics and unfortunately it is working.
Unless this is all a ploy to drop some heat.
Either way... Escrow services would make trading this still possible. Or private selling.
Im selling 7.7MILLION COYE for 0.65BTC if anyone wants in. Hell maybe ill even budge a bit. Otherwise ill try and get more later on when the publicity gets even higher. Im sure you all know of the Streisand Effect.
