Wtf is going on? All the pools have incorrect network hash rates. What's the true network hash?

Bitember's round shares 1033.22% still without a block. Is it normal?

the two biggest pools are getting most of the blocks, of the 27 blocks from retarget on, 23 are found by these two pools: Dedicated 11 blocks and coinye.pw 12 blocks.

Someone who knows what is really going on with this coin?
Why did the diff go to 13 and not the predicted value just before the change?
Why is the pools showing the wrong net hashrate?
Is the next difficulty really expected to be 2.9?
Can this site (http://cfm.crayeo.com/countdown.php) be trusted?

Oh so many questions about this strange coin...
