OK, got it,

Here is the launch plan:
Assume SMC is released at 8 PM.
At 7 PM links to the encrypted zip of Mac, GNU/Linux, & Windows Binaries will be provided.
At 7:50 PM pools will get their copy of the wallet.
At 8 PM the decryption password is provided through Twitter, BitcoinTalk, and the subreddit. Github repo is made public.
At some time after that, people who have reserved their SMC will get an email asking to claim their coins.
Soon, you would see SMC on an exchange and an Android wallet release.


I should be online an hour before launch, and get the things required, set them up and try it out.

4 confirmations are needed for a transaction. Regular 100 confirms for mined blocks.
