The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Heya bit. Yes we have pre-mined 2% (of which I've given away a couple hundred thousand total already for people showing interest). I've addressed it pretty significantly in the original post. I know what pre-mining means to many people but without it I could not use NOBLEs to further the coin.

I know it means criticism and some people not being interested and I had to choose to accept that. It's not the smallest amount, but it's far from the largest amount

300 millions coin premined is sure among the most ridiculous amount ever  Roll Eyes
now let's check diff  to see how coins are spread & how far the joke goes..

15billion minting ....near impossible to get a block ten mins after launch..... .

thanks for the shortcut, won't even check then  Grin

I'd be happy to buy the .com for the extra $10 bucks if it were available..

I know it means criticism and some people not being interested and I had to choose to accept that. It's not the smallest amount, but it's far from the largest amount and it really gives us a lot of room for development and promotion far into the future. What has humbled me is that the posters are not 'our boys' (although in some ways they are now) and I am very happy that this has gone off so far without a hitch. It is up to the individual to decide whether a coin is worth the trust and risk. All the best.

Well it's just that we all want to be part of the next big thing, but coins with premine are hard to make it. i do like the smooth website and wallet. solo mining for it was not rewarding. and there is no pool. so not only was there a %2 missed but few big oys are gettin all the early birds..

i do have a wallet if you want to throw me a few hounded thousands 9UFbu7Njuew2e2BHsUu491V43kq5S74xMy.

also are you guys focused on NYC?  Wink

I'm still getting blocks solo(very few) so it's not impossible yet but it will be soon. We need a pool ASAP. I got work in the morning!

OK so significant bounties for the first pools at an amount that is considered by all here as reasonable.

I've also registered a couple of .com domains which will be published for the coin (since it is true many people still put significance on the .com over .info despite there being very little difference in being able to register one).

I'm sorry, but this coin's dead to me. The early-on solo mining with no pool means the ones with the GPU farms got the disproportionate amount of coins on the first run. I found 1 block, that's it. Whelp. Back to BaconBits!

Also, I am happy to post a good amount of NOBLEs to those who have jumped on board and tried mining this early at release to compensate for little luck. If you haven't posed an address please do so, and I will get around to you (all over the place at the moment).

*And VST I'm sorry to hear that, but only about 200 have been mined so far, with pools coming.
