Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Heya bit. Yes we have pre-mined 2% (of which I've given away a couple hundred thousand total already for people showing interest). I've addressed it pretty significantly in the original post. I know what pre-mining means to many people but without it I could not use NOBLEs to further the coin.
I know it means criticism and some people not being interested and I had to choose to accept that. It's not the smallest amount, but it's far from the largest amount and it really gives us a lot of room for development and promotion far into the future. What has humbled me is that the posters are not 'our boys' (although in some ways they are now) and I am very happy that this has gone off so far without a hitch. It is up to the individual to decide whether a coin is worth the trust and risk. All the best.
did they show accountability for this huge premine? i read up to like page 40 and they only justified 2 millions giveaway and baounties... where is the rest. this is a huge premine. especially where regular miners here own like 200K. once this coin hit any exchange ..there will be always a dump.. if it survives. it will be at one satoshi.

As damnation mentioned there is a ledger with wallet addresses but as for their plans its worth checking out http://www.followthecoin.com/interview-with-makers-of-noble-coin/ there's a section covering the pre-mine and other good details on what they plan to use it for and other ways they intend to build trust with the community. The main site is always a good place to get info from too as they have all their current plans up there too. I'm glad I found this coin early as it is one of, if not the most promising coin released lately IMO, I look forward to seeing how things develop over the coming months.

On that note, we've sent a few emails to the sites that host the more attractive and user-friendly block explorers. We're hoping to get added soon (especially before any exchange) so that it's as simple as adding one of our 'reserve' addresses into the system and knowing that none of the coins have been touched. We know our current one is a little rough. Cheers edit: If anyone wants to get ahead and get this sorted quickly - PM me and we can sort out a reward.

CDG only entry for the catch phrase constant. 5k must not be enticing enough? Lets make it 10k then!
"Offering 5k bounty for best "Noble" catch phrase for my signature block. On your marks, get set, go!"
Ok I'll bite if this is still running that is: "No kilowatthour of power is lost that is spent mining Noble" "Mining Noble is not a gentle hobby, to be stripmined and dumpsold like any common altcoin. It is a grand passion." "There is something about mining Noble that makes you feel like something, even when you ain't have no hash" "Don't give your son Bitcoin. As far as you can afford it, give him Noble." "Noble doesn't care how much you own until it knows how much you care." "Noble: It's better to want the coin you don't have than to have the coin you don't want." "Noble, like a baby, is only to be held. At least until it's strong enough to stand on it's own." "To speculate is human ,to accumulate is Noble"

Read the public ledger. The pre-mine address is also available in case anyone is ever curious to see the movement of coins. The dev behind this coin is adhering to a level of transparency that I haven't seen in a coin before. He's always around in IRC and posts regularly on here, and if a problem arises with a pool, he's right there to help iron everything out and make sure miners are taken care of. Maybe it's all to lower our guard, but I sincerely doubt that. Rofo looks to be serious about taking this coin places, while being open with the community and being very active. Because of this, I can see this coin going places. Certainly a breath of fresh air from all of the recent coingen.io garbage that has spawned the last couple weeks. My 10MH/s farm arrives on Friday. I will definitely be pointing it to NOBL.
