Difficulty is starting to rise so I expect the blocktime to start reaching 2 minutes soon (I'm just an observer).

The initial difficulty was set too low.

By the way, pool reports only half the hashrate for sgminer, and only 1/100 the hashrate for ccminer. Something's wrong with ccminer I think atm.
