It seems to be a good opportunity to accumulate DGB for cheap when the price of BTC is going up. Segwit is coming for DGB and as it reaches closer to the moment when Segwit is activated, the price of DGB will shoot up suddenly. Below 100 satoshi is cheap for DGB and you can sell to others when it goes above 150 satoshi later.

Actually it´s around 82 Satoshi, someone couldn´t hold his click-finger. Time to stock a few more coins ?

Actually it´s around 82 Satoshi, someone couldn´t hold his click-finger. Time to stock a few more coins ? I'd say so. According to the theory, now is when smart bulls buy. There's tons of support down here - check out the last chart in my initial presentation for that. Below is a cleaned up chart with only the fib lines. Right down smack into the 50%. Very technical trading. The short was broken and this big long is holding . . . so far. Good luck.

Where can I see how much hashrate is on each algorithm within the entire network?
Anyone? http://digihash.co/tbsThank you for your reply, but I'm not seeking that; that link only shows the hashes that are directed to the digihash.co pool. What I would like to know, is where I can see how much hashrate is on each algorithm within the entire DGB network... You can look at instantaneous figures on this site, it's not exactly what you are looking for but will get you in the ball park. https://whattomine.com/calculatorsWhere can I see how much hashrate is on each algorithm within the entire network?
https://www.miners-pool.eu/ has the live hashrates for groestl, skein, and qubit. http://www.whattomine.com has them all, but period averaged. They're all derived from the network difficulty to mine which can be taken directly from the core wallet. In all cases you'll need to add them up and then appropriately adjust (1 GHs sha-256 = 1 MHs scrypt, for example) in order to get a "global" figure for the entire network. Hope this helps. Cheers Thank you both; whattomine.com is working perfectly for what I was looking for

That, my friend, will happen without a doubt! Digibyte will realize $1 after activating Seg-Wit…….remember you never asked how long after. not expecting it so soon.

Long story short NO Buy who knows, everything is possible. Market cap is low for some whales... Let's go for 0.10 first It's going to huge to be one of the first to implement segwit. However, the real win will come once the devs start taking advantage of the code. It's nice to see the coin statement as to what segwit can bring forward with this coin - as this will bring the long term significant growth. If the devs stay active the sky is the limit - can you see DGB as a major market player in the smart contracts space? I can! Anything is possible for the first implementers of segwit

Have they released a roadmap? If not, they should, as soon as Segwit is fully activated

I'm just guessing, and I'm sure that your guess, or anyone else's guess, is just as good, since I'm sure that whatever it is. it will just be the first in a long line of developments. 423 high quality, knowledgeable, active and committed contributors https://github.com/digibyte/digibyte/graphs/contributors Just imagine what this group of contributors actively involved in DigiByte development will be able to do! I'm confident that the development and transformation of DigiByte over the next few months will leave us with our heads spinning. I'm confident that we'll be looking back asking ourselves, "who would have thought? We'll be saying "Wow!" People will be saying: "Now this is what crypto was meant to be!"

Ok so I have a few questions about Digibyte....
1.) How many digibyte do you need to run a masternode?
2.) What were the two previous names of this coin before you settled on Digibyte?
3.) What % of Digibyte was mined within 48 hours of release?
Thanks.

So it appears segwit is enabled now?
I admit that I have not read up on this.
I just sent some DGB from 4.0.3 wallet to 4.0.3 wallet and the transactions took 15 minutes to be confirmed, where it normally happens within 1-2 blocks.
Is this working as intended?
I didn't think there was a mandatory wallet update required.

My current miner setup: Linux - Ubuntu 12.04, Two 1.3Mh/s Scrypt ASICs, Two Radeon HD 7850 GPU mining different algos (usually qubit or skein). Click here for my DGB Address QR code. DGB Address: D6ZLjbSWu2mse3EqtoSn93nFrJ85wPKBF5 I have the DGB Gaming Wallet on my Galaxy S6

Did you make a mistake with the thread you were posting to? None of those questions are applicable to DigiByte. There are no masternodes. There were no previous names. And the subsidy of DigiByte mined in the first 48 hours was the same scheduled for the first 48 days, as it were (i.e. no pre-mine, no instamine, just the exact same reward as what everybody continued to get until the first reward reduction). Short answers: 1.) Not applicable 2.) Not applicable 3.) Not applicable

Other cryptos have like GRS, but Jared likes to Hype the fuck out of this coin. Not hype - need to understand a bit about segwit. DGB can actually activate within hours, unlike the LTC. DGB is a multi-protocol coin - which is very cool, and removes the bitcoin mining issues that have recently troubled the coin. Only 2 others have implemented segwit, and this will be the first coin of significance. The devs look ready to start using segwit too - that's as big as segwit implementation itself, as the first to implement will be huge, but the first to utilize and advance will be even bigger! Solid coin with solid team. Well done on the segwit implementation ... looking forward to the big moment happening any time now! Congrats to all involved!
