I sent some digibyte from their core wallet this week, took over an hour to go through. Don't worry should be ok.

If the transaction ID is not in the Digibyte block explorer then the tx has not been sent yet. They show almost immediately and DGB txs confirm within a few minutes at most.

Poloniex is probably the issue. They have lots of problems with transactions they claim to send never being sent. You need to submit a support ticket to have the transaction rebroadcast. You might get a reply in a month or two so the sooner you submit the ticket the better. Try to avoid Poloniex. They suck big time.

As a newbie,i am glad i bought about 10,000 DGB at 350 satoshi around August 2017.
And i will be HODLing till 2020 and further.
I guess i have to start pretending i dont own DGB till 2025 !!

I can only go by my own experience, and my own experience of Poloniex is that I’ve never really had any problems with them. All transactions in and out have been carried out expediently and they have managed to keep my account secure even when I wasn’t using 2FA for way too long. Personally I would have no problem whatsoever, in recommending them. I have no idea how it is possible for them or anyone to give a transaction id that cannot be seen on the explorer unless the transaction didn’t take place. I mean, I can understand how it might take a while to show up somewhere else depending on receiver’s policy but you should be able to see it on the blockchain. Only thing I can think of here, is that another level of scrutiny is taking place because the exchange to exchange nature of the transaction, which I understand is not recommended practice???

Is everyone with this issue sending from Poloniex? If so, it is obvious they are not sending the transactions. I had this happen with them with another coin and took about two months to get them to finally rebroadcast the missing transaction. After that, I have never used them again.

Polo is looking like the cheapest place to buy DGB right now. I assume most people moving coins from exchange to exchange is for the arbitrage opportunity, as DGB is so fast anyway, it may be worth using an intermediate wallet that you have full control of. If this issue is affecting you, keep reporting it here as well as creating just one support ticket regarding the issue with the exchange. You never know it might help speed things up a bit, it's not unknown for exchanges to monitor activity regarding their services on this site.

Probably because they are not sending the coins when withdrawn and people are getting the message to not use them. If you buy from them leave them there. Don't take a chance with them not sending them and claiming they did. That kind of issue takes about two months to resolve with them.
