how can XVG have 2 hacks in 3 days and still be up 14%, what are we doing wrong amd dgb still struggling

$DGB is not a 'privacy' coin.

If the developers were to incorporate privacy into Digibyte it would fare much better.

Who needs more privacy coins? I could care less because not into crypto to hide assets. DGB is good at what is was designed to do. Be a faster and cheaper to use Bitcoin replacement.

Buy a Trezor and Protect your BTC, BCH, BTG, DASH, LTC, DGB, ZEC, ETH and ETC from hackers.
If I was helpful please buy me a coffee BTC: 1DWK7vBaxcTC5Wd2nQwLGEoy8xdFVzGKLK  BTG: AWvN1iBqCUqG2tEh3XoVvRbdcGrAzfBBpW
If I was helpful please buy me a burger DGB: DLASV6CUQpGtGSyaVz5FYuu5YxZ17MoGQz

Who needs more privacy coins? I could care less because not into crypto to hide assets.

I guess the coin is tailor-made for you then.

For some reason, I was under the impression that the Digibyte community had the goal of widespread usage and not just for those that 'don't care' ...

There are many reasons to want privacy that fall far from hiding assets or tax evasion.

True, there are many good reasons besides illegal ones for wanting privacy but I believe DigiByte or Bitcoin, not much difference here, can be private enough to cover these. Unfortunately most of the evidence suggests that people using private coins are not using them for legitimate private reasons and these coins will either be found not to be as private or perhaps not even secure as everyone has been lead to believe. They will probably be regulated into positions where they are only being used for illegal activities and not in the mainstream at all. I suspect Verge is holding up more because of its distribution and big players are aware that the issues can be fixed and a ‘hack’ is not necessarily a bad thing because it leads to improvement!  If the coin was well distributed amongst crypto noobs, most of them would be concerned enough that you would see this in the market place.

Fair enough. You make some valid points. My suggestion of adding privacy is not intended to denigrate DGB because I really think the coin is undervalued and, in my opinion, if it had the ability for the user to choose to use open or secure as XVG does then I personally think it could do a world of good toward wider adoption.

I will not mention it again.

By all means say what you think, these are only our opinions really!  Smiley

Yeah baby Yeah, looking good. What is the future of development for Digibyte. Should I hold on or sell?

DGB has a great community, but the problem is only 1% are helping, and 99% are not. we need to work as community for price to grow

In my country only a few hold DGB.
Unlike in other countries in europe.
But with the passage of time all countries in the world will have DGB at least 10%  Cheesy

DGB is not that popular compared to other top coins although I believe DGB is better than many of those coins. Maybe DGB needs to build a strong community base in China. Jared Tate is definitely one of the hardest working devs here in crypto.
